Hotel was beautiful, but unfortunately the hotel is under renovations so the front patio area was closed. We booked through Luxury escapes so there was a bit of confusion over what was included in the deal we got. We were meant to get a room upgrade to the next best room type (club room), welcome gift + welcome drink. We had to ask for the upgrade when checking in and we had assumed we would get club room access, we just got a ‘bigger’ room. But we honestly didn’t miss not having the club room. The breakfast was fantastic. The view breathtaking. The beds were comfy. The wifi did stop working for a full day but again. Not the end of the world. Overall we would come back when the upgrades to the front are done.

Great hotel. Staff Friendly, helpful, professional. Had a great stay there recently. Downsides, it can be noisy if you're facing Nana Plaza side, but not a deal breaker. As of Feb 2024, major construction work being carried out, but this didn't affect our stay at all. Booked again for May 2024 so hoping construction completed. Recommend!

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location in close proximity to the BTS station, an array of restaurants, and a plethora of activities to keep you entertained. Although, it's worth noting that they are currently undergoing renovations for the lobby and entrance. That being said, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making for a truly delightful stay.

Stayed at the Landmark for a couple of nights on our first trip to Bangkok. We were looking for a centrally located hotel and the Landmark delivered. The rooms were spacious, the food (we got room service) was good and the pool was really lovely! One thing that marred the beginning of our visit, though, was that we arrived in time for the check in but were kept waiting for over 4 hours to get our room. Sometimes these things aren’t in our control, but I would have appreciated better communication from a property like the Landmark.
