Absolutely not a 5 star resort. At the very best I’d call this a 2-3 star hotel. - Staff has poor English skills. - There is a severe lack of toiletries provided, only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash was provided for 5 nights. No conditioner at all. We ended up buying our own. - They only provided us with 4 waters for our entire stay, and one roll of toilet paper. After letting the staff know we needed more toilet paper, they delivered us beach towels, but no toilet paper. Had to call a few more times to get TP. - Bonus: Beach towels were stained with what looked like baby puke. - Maybe just a problem in my building, but there was a constant beeping, 24-7 throughout our entire 5 night stay. A bit hard to sleep with, but easily addressed with earplugs. - We had ants in our room, containers to one corner of our room. Staff finally came to spray them after 3-4 calls to the front desk over the course of 2 days. - Some kind of liquid leaked from the lights in the bathroom. Given the poor service we had had we didn’t even bother telling the staff. - Outdoor furniture was nasty. Every piece I saw was dirty, torn or stained. - Location was decent. All in all it feels like a hotel that has a lot of promise, but is cheap, and poorly managed.

Loved this hotel for what seems a massive group of buildings was actually really easy to get around. Great food, and rooftop pools for each building! Note that room service is only til 1030pm, there are some steep hills to get to your building from the entrance (but they'll shuttle you) and check out can take some time so plan in advance! Really enjoyed staying here, will 100% stay again!

I love the gym! and some of the waiters are awesome. But the front desk wasnt very helpful, the location and journey to your room is a maze but the terrible part is they charged me $81 for 3 waters that were HOT. The locations kind of a journey to get water so your subtly extorted. Had I known the price, obviously I wouldnt have gotten them. But it is what it is, not a healthy way to do buisness. I like the room, but I think id be happier going elsewhere. As others mentioned, this claims a 5 start hotel and its certainly not. Others have posted pictures of parts of the buildings with water damage and things just not being maintained. Im giving it a 1 star for the false advertising and the unexpected waer fine, and knowing there is no alternative to getting water on the premisis other than walking half a mile one way.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Worst service in the island ! Beach towels only available after 2PM!!! What the …!! No one remove our food outside the room for 2 days now ! Pool has no service unless you go find one ! No showers at the pools ! Whatever you ask they tell you we will send to the room ! Stayed here 6 days only 2 small bottles of shampoo and shower gel we got ! No small towels whatsoever! Asked for a ride to the lobby as the resort on the hill and so difficult to walk the reply we got is walk like other people walks ! They don’t even have service elevator they move garbage with gusts at the same elevator while you’re using ! I don’t even give it a 3 stars !

One of the pool bars was under maintenance when we arrived and the transfer to the beach could be confusing sometimes. The cleaning was sometimes really good and nicely done and other times they didn't leave any new bath towels, soap or toilet paper, so we had to call the reception for these items. I would not call it a 5 star hotel but it has good potential to get there. We stayed there for 2 weeks and were happy with our visit.
