Me and my friend were staying in this wonderful hotel, where we were treated with attention and care throughout all our stay for 6 days. Incredible wellness, pool and exceptional dining experience in the Origin restaurants. The breakfast is 10/10. The dinner is amazing in the restaurant Origin. The nut allergy preference were taken care of brilliantly, and the chef from Marbella Pablo and Martina made our last evening want us to come back here again.

- Amazing view and location with direct access to the ocean

Cons
- No fresh juices on menu except OJ
- Very underwhelming restaurants - felt like extremely overpriced fast food with tiny portions
- Jacuzzis were ice cold… when asked why, they say “this hotel is meant for warmer weather”… then why have jacuzzis in the first place? Especially when the temperature that day was 19C?
- I wasn’t told that the steam room was out of service before booking my spa treatment
- The rooftop cabanas are reserved for hours without anyone showing up, leaving others who actually need one without space
- Advertise services that don’t actually work: For example, staff informed us that “Chromecast does not yet work at our hotel” despite being advertised on the booking and in the room
- Ordered iced americanos to the room and they tasted like instant coffee…

The area is amazing, facilities very good and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
