Very nice stay. Second time we have been. The first time we visited the connecting hotel. This hotel has had a refurbishment and it is very nice. Food options were good and had plenty of choice. The food wasn't always piping hot, but there was a microwave. I didn't feel the need to use it, but it is there if you so wish. 24-hour sports bar was good. There was food and drink on offer all hours of the day and night. You had options to help yourself, or you could order food to your table. It was early season, and there wasn't much going on for kids unless you were willing to leave your little one with the kids' club. Staff at the kids club were brilliant, but leaving my child on holiday with strangers isn't something I'm comfortable with. This is in no way a mark down on the staff because there were brilliant. The kids' mini disco at 8 pm until 8:30 pm was fantastic. Our little one loved it. There is apparently a lot more for kids once the season really kicks off, but I can't comment anymore because I've not experienced it. There are plenty of sunbeds and no fighting to find space. There are also lots of very big, comfy bed loungers with nice big pillows and mattresses. The bar staff are constantly coming round to ask if you'd like a drink and make sure you are okay. I didn't come across one member of staff that wasn't helpful. They all go out of their way to help if they can. I can hand on heart say we will be back. We have always been looked after.

We spent 10 days as a family at the Grand Palladium Palace. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is excellent, with multiple options for even the most awkward eater. The hotel is clean with great facilities The highlight for the children was the fact that the beach was so close. The highlight for my wife and I was the spa. We both had fantastic deep tissue massages from Maria who is absolutely brilliant. We cannot recommend her highly enough. A great stay all round and we cannot wait to come back soon.

We have had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was our first family holiday since adopting and we will be back again. The food is varied and tasty, the facilities are so well maintained and the service is top quality. Tania has been a personal favourite, and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as it can be. Thank you, Tania! Angeles is also a wonderful member of staff, who is pleasant, kind and helpful! Big thanks to both of them for making this a wonderful trip.

My husband and I have been in this hotel for 3 days and everything is great. I would like to thank the staff for the wonderful surprise on my husband's birthday. We didn't tell anyone about it, but after returning from the walk, a surprise was waiting for us in the room... a chilled bottle of champagne (room 4236) It's a very nice gesture. The food is very diverse and tasty. Large selection of fruits. Clean rooms and the entire hotel area. Very professional and friendly service. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to rest, relax and enjoy the sun. We still have two days left and we will enjoy every moment.

Our experience was a great one. Service was good for the most part. I’m a water drinker and having water service at times was non existant but I managed. Rooms have recently been renovated and are lovely. Guest services and our Bossa pool bar staff were amazing. Thank you Tania! A welcome gift of a bottle of Cava was wonderful and enjoyed it at sunrise on our last day here.
