From the moment our taxi arrived at the hotel, we were treated like royalty. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing stay. The breakfast at the hotel was incredible. Truly one of the best 5 star hotel experiences we have ever had. I wanted to give special recognition to the woman who helped us at check in but unfortunately cannot recall her name. She remembered us by name throughout our entire stay after just our check-in interaction and even sent up a small gift to us for our honeymoon. I will only stay at this hotel when visiting Ibiza in the future.

Wow, I cried when I left - it was truly that magical. The hotel, food, and most importantly the staff were absolutely outstanding. Our 2 year old daughter was totally drawn to the ladies working at the breakfast and front desk. They did everything to make sure she was happy and entertained, and as I’m 7 months pregnant that to me was priceless - she was treated like an absolute princess. The rooms, interior design/aesthetic and cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I loved the Botero touches throughout. There was a beautiful library to read to my little one too, after she had fun in the pool. Thank you for everything, we will without a shadow of a doubt be back next year…with an additional family member!

An Ibiza town establishment that stood the test of time; excellent throughout, Extremely well maintained, kept & managed. The place to be for a real 5-star experience in Ibiza town. Breakfast is also wonderful! Watch-out for the Senegalese breakfast egg-maker: it was an absolute pleasure to watch him so diligently do his work!

I‘ve stayed in many hotels in Ibiza but this was by far the best price/ offer ratio. It is in a great location. I will start with the thing that I didn‘t like too much and that was only 1 thing. The floating drain next to the hotel… 💩i heard that the city didn‘t grant permission for them to build a proper pipe system. The hotel area used to be water and was build on artificial ground as i understood. So the smell in the entry area is really horrible. I felt sorry for the staff who has to work outside. BUT nevertheless i give 5 stars. Because it was truely an amazing experience overall. The rooms are so beautiful and the service was top notch. Very service oriented and friendly. The breakfast was amazing!! I did have too much iberico ham but it was just delish 🙈 there are two pools .. one for kids and the top one for adults. They even gave us tote bags in the rooms for the pool and there was water to spray on yourself by the tanning beds. The gym was small but cute. The sauna was amazing and they used some essential oils for the sauna smell. I did think 1,5hrs for 60€ was a bit too little tome but I guess it‘s ibiza so what can you do. The food at the restaurant was good I hope they will have more vegan options in the future. We will come back for sure :)
