I give the room two stars because of two reasons. Our air conditioner only worked part of the way couldn’t cool our room down after a hot long pool day, technicians came out twice to try to repair it, but we’re unable to repair it fully. And because of this customer service went above and beyond for us. We were given close to $200 in comps for food and beverage and they comped our entire stay. I will be back 100% because of this fantastic customer service. second reason I give it a two star is there was not a microwave. We stayed in one of the corner suites almost 800 ft.² and didn’t have a microwave. I was a little disappointed. But the pools were great relaxing atmosphere. We will be back. Hopefully next time the corner sweet will have a microwave. Hint hint. Lastly, I like the location because of how all the properties are all linked together with shopping, malls, and walkways.

We stayed only one night and we found the room very accommodating, just slightly old, but in good conditions. Bathroom was well cleaned, with good shower and spacious. The hotel itself is a treat! The decoration is marvelous, and the lift is funny (due to the pyramid shape of the building). Also, the location is great, neighboring other hotels with different styles, providing a fun time for exploring.

Room was more up to date than my previous stay. The main down side is it’s on the opposite side of the strip that I’d prefer to be on. The pyramid cafe has decent food depending on what you order. Omelets were no good but other items were. Also no microwave in the premier king corner suite. Loved the soaking tub and bed was very comfortable. The pool was also nice and enjoyable.

Our room comps and player comps were not as good as last time we stayed. Our water did not run in the room for 3+ hours on Saturday night. The room quality was worse than last time. Check in process is prolonged substantially. If they are going to charge so much to stay in this place, you’re better off in Old Vegas or an upgrade on the strip at a nicer resort for only $75-$100 more a night. Food is outrageously priced as well. Outside of Tender, food is bad too. Basically payed $50 for an Omelette bar in the buffet. Have to be better overall. Vegas is great, Luxor is mediocre at best.

Not sure why all the harsh reviews. We enjoyed our stay in the East tower. Staff were very good and friendly we asked for quiet room and they accommodated us, it was nice and quiet. Room was nicely decorated, beds were comfy loved the pillows. They were replacing the casino carpets the new ones looked good. We did the Luxor Buffet and it was excellent. We will stay at the Luxor on our next visit!
