Service in the hotel was really excellent. The lady at the reception was extremely kind, she found us exactly the room we were looking for and took care of us. We also received a special service at the pool as my daughter cut her foot’s skin and they reacted immediately solving the problem and kindly sending her some sweets in the evening in the room. She was super impressed!! I don’t remember the names of the two people I’ve mentioned unfortuantely, but they’ve been really special. Thank you for making our stay a real holiday, we would certainly come back.

Staff were fantastic all around the hotel especially March in the spa and fitness reception. The room was very clean thanks to the cleaners, it was spacious and practical it also looked very nice. Location was close to a store which helped, it was right next to the beach which was very helpful and there are lots of shuttle buses and taxis to take you anywhere further. The food from the cafe and room service was almost always good and the breakfast was gorgeous and had options for everyone. They had nice scenery around and example being the coconut to help figure out the weather. It was an all around amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone staying for a few days or even a while.

His remarkable level of attentiveness, charisma, and energy surpassed all expectations. So enjoyable was the experience that I extended my stay beyond initial plans. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nathan for providing me with such a memorable and delightful experience. Thank you, Nathan!

Amazing place for families. The food is various and offers a lot of choices. We spend here 7 nights with all inclusive package. Both restaurant buffet and beach bar snacks very delicious. Staff was 5 star plus and our daughter loved it. Room was spacious with amazing view although the furniture looked a bit worn out. Cleaning was spotless. Felt like home.

Everything was wonderful! Amazing staff, rooms are cleaned perfectly every day. We met one of the cleaning ladies in our room, and she was amazing! Her name was Zin, she was super kind and polite. The food was great, anything was available. Overall, great experience, I recommend this hotel for sure!!!!!!
