Stayed for leisure 3 nights and I could say confidence that this stay was one of the best stays I had in my life. Great rooms with perfect view and relaxing time Tasty food and many with many different varieties Very professional staff and very warm welcoming all over the resort Big thanks to our host with the name of Tony he was very helpful in helping us in making our visit to not only Keemala but to all of Thailand a memorable experience.

Keemala was an anomaly for me. I can't really point to anything that wasn't perfect. It's honestly an excellent luxury resort. The location is the only imperfection and it's not a bad spot, just nothing special. The very kind and down to earth staff make the place special. But, there's also a very strange vibe here that's hard to explain. They concentrate very hard on being so proper that it hurts your experience. They don't want you to walk around the property but want you to ask for a ride on a golf cart. Even if you want to walk around then properly the path is only as wide as a golf cart so you have to jump out of the way constantly as they come barrelling around turns. I have tons of great things to say about the food, service and the room. But, that's what you expected for $2,000 per night and I just felt the value wasn't there for that price and wear on the place. But you do get some free snacks in the room.

The staff at this hotel is very rude, they don’t have any courtesy towards there clients. The duty manager is extremely rude so arrogant. Do full research before booking stay here. The managers name suji and the receptionist Jinne after requesting them endless time and explaining that we had been travelling for very long if we can check in the room 30mins early they had no reply and the manager went and sat inside in her room and the receptionist don’t care even for a second to check with the housekeeping staff.

Myself and my partner visited Keemela for 6 nights in March and had an incredible experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with every room, swimming pool, garden & facility beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, clean and high-quality. Waking up to the pool at the end of our beds and the sound of the waterfall by the entrance is something we miss greatly! The design & aesthetic of the hotel is not it's only 10/10 trait. The hospitality and service of every single staff member, from our room cleaners, security, pool staff, restaurant waiters & our own host was exceptional. We truly felt at home and everyone was eager to make our stay the best possible. Special shout out to our host - Lift - who made us feel incredibly welcome and was always on hand to answer any queries. Lift shared his whataspp with us and responded even when he wasn't at work, such is the high level of service this hotel provides. The entire waiting staff also made our trip very enjoyable. Lek in particular went above and beyond - we hope the DragonFly mojito makes it to the cocktail menu next time we visit!
