We stayed at the JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa as a couple and celebrated my birthday. The service was exceptional! Everyone went out of their way to make my stay special! :-)
The rooms/resort is a bit dated but situated on a beautiful beach.
Depending on the vibe you're looking for, one thing to note is that this resort is full of families with childern. However, the adults-only pool was beautiful and spacious.

Always consistent in providing great service to guests to make it a memorable stay. Staff are polite and friendly, rooms are well equipped and very aesthetic. Perfect set up to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Pools are great for kids and adults, the beach front was even better to enjoy a sunset.

Marriott resort is an amazing hotel to stay. It’s specially great for families with children. There is private beach with many swings. You can watch sunset and sunrise from the swings. The turtle shelters have a few turtles that families and kids can both enjoy together. The garden is amazing and beautiful. The staffs are very friendly and polite. They are on call 24/7 and they’ll be there to help if anything happens. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Came here for an event. This is my second time. It was very hot these few days, but the Lobby has always been nice with a big pool of water besides it.
The room is amazing. Spacious, comfortable, spotless and well designed. The bed is superbly comfortable as well.
A shoutout to the cafe next to the Lobby. Their service is top notch and the drinks are excellent.
The daily breakfast is very good too. Service is extremely attentive and wide food selection is available.
Overall, an amazing experience.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel, the rooms are spacious and the staff very helpful and friendly. The view from the breakfast room is amazing! Special thanks to Namcha (spa), Rachen, Cloud and Mag (breakfast).
