Had an excellent time at the Intercontinental! We arrived after a long flight, our room wasn’t ready so ICE from the reception upgraded our room without charge! The room is large and just beautiful! Everything is clean. The staff is extremely kind and gracious. Truly amazing place. The hotel is very far from Phuket’s center(30 min drive) but we didn’t mind being remote. The hotel has a very nice beach.

Happy to be back again at this beautiful resort ☺️and I would like to say thank you to all of the staffs at InterContinental Phuket for making our special stay from 26-28 April absolutely perfect. From the pre-arrival assistance provided by K.Beau to the attentive service from every staffs throughout our stay, every moment was unforgettable. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by K.Oil, who not only facilitated a smooth check-in process but also offered invaluable recommendations for our day trip at Phuket's old town. Her friendliness and extensive knowledge enhanced our experience from the start. Our room was impeccably decorated for birthday celebration, thanks to the efforts of the front desk and housekeeping teams, elevating our stay to another level of happiness. The InterContinental club lounge surpassed all expectations, with K.Napha and K.Namo providing exemplary service. Their attentiveness and warmth made our afternoon tea and evening cocktails truly memorable. The breathtaking views and impeccable service make it one of the best club lounge I have ever experienced. During breakfast at Pinto, despite the restaurant being bustling with guests, K.Soi, K.Mam, and K.Fee ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Their energy and dedication to service were truly exceptional. Our dinner at Pinto was also delightful, with K.Ann providing attentive and courteous support throughout the evening. The resort itself is large and breathtakingly beautiful, with lush greenery adorning every corner and meticulously maintained trees. The swimming pool on the mountainside is exquisitely designed, seamlessly integrating with the entire resort, while the beachside pool is absolutely stunning, especially during sunset time. For me, InterContinental Phuket stands out as one of the finest hotels in Thailand, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-tier experience in Phuket. I definitely look forward to returning to this resort again in the future.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent service, big beautiful rooms. The hotel is located in two sides of the road with the underground passage (very short) connecting. One part is not on the beach but is more quiet and secluded(I preferred to stay there) while the other is directly facing the beach( more people and foot traffic but has bigger and more expensive rooms, with sea view). You can either walk for few minutes or take a little buggy(golf cart operated by driver) for a short drive to the beach side. Literally takes few minutes and buggies are always available, can come and pick you up by your room, running all the time back and forth. Hotel has some pools but sits right on the beach with it's own access and lounge chairs (fresh towels will be out for you one you pick the lounge chairs and switched as often as you like). Bar and food service available on the beach from hotels beach bar with excellent selection of food and drinks. You can also get food and drinks from nearby beach bars. Hotel sits in the bay with beautiful calm waters, mostly used by the guests of the hotel. The lounge chairs are pretty close to each other though but more private ones are there closer to pool. If the budget allows,I would not stay anywhere else! The hotel was amazing, the breakfast had regular continental choices as well as hot Thai and Indian food with new things offered daily. Special coffee included, changed daily. Champagne included with breakfast as well as variety of fresh juices. I felt pampered as a queen! Hotel sits on a more isolated part of the island, called Kamala beach, away from crowds and traffic but you need to get a taxi to go to other parts of the island and traffic is brutal! But the taxis are cheap

Thank you InterContinental Phuket for your wonderful service, friendly and attentive staff and beautiful resort and rooms! We had a wonderful stay and cannot compliment the great staff enough. They attended to our every requests immediately and with good friendly service. The rooms were beautiful, big and clean. And the facilities were great, from the pool to the fitness center, everything was perfect. They also showered lots of love and attention on my little one, who had a great time!
