This was our second visit to the resort, with this second visit being after Secrets became part of the Hyatt family. We had an absolutely fantastic time. We had an oceanfront king room with the butler service, and Oscar did such an awesome job. The room was nice and spacious for me and my wife. Our view was amazing, with a comfortable two-person bed that we used a lot. The pool is nice and spacious, with a good swim-up bar. The resort is beautiful and not a huge place, which is great for walking. The one downside of that is number of restaurants and selection, not that that’s a complaint. I can honestly say we will consider visiting this resort a third time!

We absolutely loved this resort! It was my first time in Mexico so I was a little nervous but all of the staff were SO accommodating, helpful and seemed to truly enjoy their work. Everything was so clean, the food was great with lots of different cuisine options, the activities were a blast and the grounds were breathtaking. We felt so safe both on the beach and in our resort. Really can't say enough good about this resort and its employees! Special thank you to our servers Jorge, Erik and Alfredo for making our week so memorable!

This was our first vacation prior to COVID. We booked through a local travel agent. The resort was small and private. Beautiful lobby. We had a swim up room. It was clean and nice size. Staff was very professional and nice. The spa was beautiful and relaxing. However, there are a couple of negatives. Main negative was the food. We did buffet most of time, but there was not a lot of options. They used food from prior days so some foods were stale and hard. Another negative was the pool was not cleaned. It was cloudy and you constantly found stuff floating to the service. 2nd to last day was the first time we saw anyone cleaning it, but no chemicals put in it. Swim up room does not attach to main pool. Our swim up was garden view, but we barely used it because in order to get service we would have to go to main pool area or room service. Bar in room only had soda, water and few beers to select. We had 2 bags of chips and peanuts that we ate but were never replaced during room service. Other than those things, the resort was very nice.

Hotel itself is gorgeous. Lots of beautiful views. Restaurants are good. Service is excellent. I found the drinks to be a little weak even with a little extra gratuity for the bartender but others around me were obviously being served! Rooms were a nice size, beds were comfortable, robes provided for after nice hot rain shower. Our room was in an open air hallway with greenery growing down the middle of the hall and there were a few mosquitos (or the like) in our room. I saw someone spraying the greenery in the hall and the next several nights were better. I’m sure there’s not much more they can do about this but it’s worth noting. Next time I will ask for a room on a higher floor or splurge for a beach view. Loved the water aerobics and the nightly themed activities. The people working there are lovely and kind - from the excursions rep to the water aerobics teacher, front desk and every server in the restaurants and especially around the pool - they all made our trip very memorable by the way they were so giving and friendly. We had a very nice time and would definitely return.

I loved this resort. Checking in and out was a breeze, the staff was awesome and super friendly, the beach was beautiful, clean and the serice was top notch at the beach. This was are second time staying at this resort in the last year. What makes this hotel amazing is the excellent management and Eric was there everyday making sure the guest were happy and satisfied. Thank you Eric ! you made our vacation a dream come true much more then expected.Your such a gentleman.This is ours favorite resort hands down.The rooms are spacious and very clean.Restaurants are very good love the Capri. I would absolutely stay here again.Thank you to each and one of you for the experience!
