All-around fantastic experience! The service was friendly and fast, the people were kind and hospitable, resort was very clean and beautiful, and the vibes were immaculate!! As a Diamond member, we got upgraded to a spacious & beautiful room with an ocean view. There were so many pools to enjoy & PLENTY of chairs with a good spot. The ONLY thing we felt needs improvement was the food. We went to every restaurant and the only one we really enjoyed was La Luce! We understand this is an all-inclusive so we didn’t expect the most delicious meals from the start. Drinks were great!!! I would still recommend going here - but if you’re a foodie, you might look elsewhere.

This property is beautiful and staff is great but the size of the property is its pro and con both. If you have kids you will choose to stay in building no. 6 which is close to kids activities but then you are so so far away from all other events in the resort that you have to wait for a golf cart to pick you up. The golf cart service is quick but if you have a baby and stroller, folding the stroller in and out of cart becomes a task. Parents with small kids will understand the pain. Most of the times my baby would wake up in the transition and all my fun plans would go for a toss. I wish there was a better way to transport where you could just go in with the stroller. The food was also below average except the Italian restaurant. This resort was almost so modern that it felt more American vs Mexican. Also there is zero sandy beach access. It is very rocky everywhere.

Although the resort is a bit far from the Cancun airport, we had an amazing stay. The service was fantastic, with the exception of a mix-up at the beginning of our trip with check-in. We had booked a King bed room and they put us in a room with two Queens. The initial interaction with the check-in about the mix-up was a bit strange and curt at first, with their denial that we did not book a King until we showed them the receipt of purchase. The room itself smelled mildewy and we could see some mold next to the AC but they moved us to another room after a couple nights and we have no complaints about it. It was very nice. One of the highlights of the trip was getting to know one of the resort supervisors, Alejandro! He is an amazing individual and hard worker, the Hilton is lucky to have him and we're happy to have gotten to know him during our stay. The food was great, the drinks were great and the decor and interior design is beautiful. We would definitely return!

We stayed at the resort as enclave guests for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. Our concierge service (Francisco & Isabel) were so friendly and helpful. They worked above and beyond to make sure we had 5 star service every single day. They handled all of our dinner reservations and any special requests we had during our stay without any fuss whatsoever Vela Norte (breakfast buffet) was our favourite place to go for breakfast. This was made extra special by Randy who is a waiter at the restaurant. His smiling face and incredible service made us want to request to sit in his section every day. Seeing Randy work so hard and be so happy, positive and friendly every single morning was the perfect way to start our day. We also enjoyed the lobby bar. This was great especially for sports fans. The staff will do their best to accommodate you and put on any game you want to watch as long as there isn’t someone already watching something else! The cocktails were excellent and the service very fast. In the evening, the bar would also have different events and parties that you can enjoy with other guests. The enclave lounge was our favourite place to finish our day. We were welcomed into the bar by Lucy and Carlos who always greeted us with a smile on their face and addressed us by name which we found very special. They must serve so many people each day but the fact they took the time to remember our names was a very nice touch.

Great place to stay. Brand new so everything is picture perfect. The food was delicious for an all inclusive. Usually food is not good at all inclusive hotels I find. Vela Norte every morning with our waiter Israel was amazing he always knew our drink order. We paid for Enclave highly recommended the treatment we had was amazing from Isa and Francisco. Not only were they kind but they treated us like family. We also did a photo shoot where we met Irina and Angel who were just amazing. They made it fun and enjoyable and with a small toddler they can be tough at times. Overall it has been an amazing experience. Management at this place is well organized the staff is so accommodating and kind. Highly recommend.
