I stayed 1 week at the resort and was extremely satisfied with my stay. The resort is very modern, spacious and had great amenities. Rooms are large and luxurious, and the views were great - my room had an ocean view and seeing the sunrise every morning was breathtaking. I found the staff to be very friendly, and was very impressed by the food. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the variety was top notch. Overall, extremely happy with the service and would come again!
Only thing to note for prospective vacationers is that this resort is kind of isolated, so there isn't too much around it.

We stayed at the Serenity club ocean front swim up. This is our second time in Haven and once again, had a wonderful time! Pools were heated, food was great! Our butler Paco helped us with EVERYTHING! Lunch at the Vistas was exceptional and the staff were great as well. Olios server Carlos was great and the manager Laura was very pleasant to talk to. Just had some air conditioning issues at the beginning but Paco was able to take care of it swiftly. Definitely recommend this resort!

We stayed at Haven Riviera and had an amazing time, from the drinks, food, and activities, everything was exceptional. Our butler was always very attentive and great. Our ocean front room was amazing with wonderful views. Very close to the airport. All the staff there are super friendly and helpful. The spa was great also. AMAZING TIME!

*unpaid review* We went over Valentines 2024 with about 10 people total and had an amazing time. We all were so impressed with how clean EVERYTHING was, how great the food was and how fun the trip was overall! The place was busy but never felt too booked, so restaurants were all comfortably full and the pools were filled to a fun capacity. Highly recommend this resort! Only thing that could have been better was the beaches had seaweed but sand was soft and lots of seashells.

Went with a big group of 15. We always found ourselves searching for someone to get drinks or food. I feel at an all inclusive service should be readily available, felt like we needed to hunt people down. Certain individuals though were very accommodating. Other workers you could tell they wanted an extra tip to service you better( our whole group was tipping extra either way). I don't think we'll be coming back to this resort. Wasn't good, wasn't bad but there are other resorts that are better for sure. The food was average, Taboo def had the best food. But that was a boat ride off the resort. Everyone's room seemed to have an issue from a broken mini fridge two rooms wouldn't get cold. These two issues the hotel addresses immediately but One couple had a unbearable smell only after multiple complaints the hotel finally switched rooms for them.
