I spent many days there so will give an honest review as I always do. First of all, the hotel is nicely located. The rooms are very spacious and nice… but when it comes to the service I must say that it is not that great… There is a selection of pillows from which you can choose your favorite, and when calling to request, the lady doesn’t even know what you are talking about, and when she finally understands, they send you two pillows stuffed in one cover 😁 … when you spend many days there, you expect them to change your slippers each time, but unfortunately even after requesting, they give you just one knowing that there are two people there, and no more slippers after that, wear your old ones for the duration of your stay … breakfast was not bad, but there is no variety, it’s the same thing everyday… overall its a Nice hotel but I guess only for a day or two ….

I am here for a course related to work and its my first time in the hotel. Very amazing atmoshphere, in the entrance the valet guys are so nice and fast, once you enter the lobby you will find someone playing the xylophone which is so relaxing. All amenities are clean and service is good. The lunch buffet is so good.

The room cleaning service is bad. They are not clean. They do not clean the floor with a pocket. I call them more than four times until they clean it again. Water is necessary. I am talking. They take it and do not put a new one. Even the bathroom floor is not mopped. I have to call them so that they clean it.

Excellent rooms, 5-star vibes, lavish breakfast buffet. Equally good were the Thai and Indian restaurants. Good spa and swimming pool to add. The location is a little isolated, thus less crowded entry. Service at the reception could have been better. Took a lot of time for check-in as well to respond to any billing related queries.

Beautiful hotel, quiet, well appointed. It was very clean, free bottled water and a great spa. It also had a sizable gym and rooftop pool.
