One of the best budget friendly hotels. Rooms are clean and everything is well organised. We could see many friendly staff and they arranged a baby cot for my son even without any request. Breakfast was really good. The location of the hotel is good, you can find so many parks and restaurants nearby

The hotel is very good, nice location, rooms are tidy and clean. But the breakfast buffet that had been offered is very bad quality cheap food. Some of the food was dried out as if it stayed outside long time, no variety of choices. It is not worth the money you have to pay additional for the breakfast. Not to mention that you have to scoop with spoon honey, and jams, that also tasted bad. Such breakfast suit for 3 star hotel not 5.

The hotel is quite old. Room’s condition was not the best it could be. However, the room was clean and quite comfortable considering how old is the hotel. Room service was great and kind, the room was cleaned in time and everything needed was provided - thank you, Amr. The pool and other facilities were okay - they aren’t getting better with time. The hotel is not a bad choice considering location and price

This Hotel needs to be renovated and especially the rooms, the swimming pool. The rooms where dirty (dust on the lamps, the ceilings are grey. You can see the picture of the sink with mold. And finally the breakfast needs to be upgraded. The coffee wasn’t even good.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable. Our room gave us a lovely park view. The hotel in general is good for stay however it is a little far from tourist attractions - Yas Island , Grand mosque etc. with no direct public transport other than taxi which is not economical or a minimum 10 min walk to the bus stop. Also the hotel should expand their breakfast menu. The options are very limited and 0 dessert and bakery items on the menu. In the name of bakery, they just have 1 variety of croissant. We stayed for 4 days, and the breakfast was nearly same everyday with no request for food other than eggs. Suggestion- Expand the menu and add more items for a variety. Change the beverage options everyday from juices to shakes and cold coffee. Add a few more live counters other than just eggs.
