Just checked out and we can’t wait to come back! From the moment of arrival to the shuttle door closing was incredible service from everybody. Every single staff member was attentive and helpful, always greeting you with a smile and making sure you’re taken care of. This was our first time at an all inclusive and it lived up to its name ten fold. Our cups were never empty and our bellies always full with all the delicious food. The beach concierges Sebastian, Claudia, and Denisse were the sweetest people and all the bartenders know how to keep the spirits flowing. This was an extremely relaxing environment(which is what we like) and look forward to making a return soon!

Beloved is a wonderful vacation resort. The food is very good. The beach is beautiful. What makes the resort so special is its staff. Special shout out to Benito at our cabana for taking such excellent care of us during our stay. Another amazing beach cabana server was Alex. They are quite an attribute to the resort. Last but not least is Antonio. Another exceptional server at the beach. It is what makes us return year after year.

We just celebrated our honeymoon at this breathtaking resort a week ago. To say the least, it was absolutely amazing. The ambiance of the resort itself is so relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. The beach access is perfect, our room was very nice and the food delicious. As many of these other reviews mention, it’s the staff that separates this resort from the rest. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Guadalupe at the taco stand is a great guy who makes the most delicious tacos!! Ask him for his favorite tacos lol. Super Mario with the activities is so fun and personable! Christian at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and was there for anything we needed. The spa is spectacular! Marco was great and ran our hydrotherapy session; oh my gosh, don’t miss your opportunity to partake in that! Every single staff member we came in contact with was wonderful. We would recommend this resort to anyone over and over again. Thanks for an unforgettable honeymoon!!

Great spot for couples! It’s our second time here and we love it! 1st time was the proposal and the 2nd is the honeymoon! Location is awesome, beach is great! The cabanas are worth it, creates a spot of your own to get to whenever you want. No need to get there early to get a spot. Lots of activities from the resort or water activities from the locals. Zero kids running around, it’s a very quiet and peaceful place! The loudest thing here is the jet ski’s. Food is good, service is great! Definitely recommend looking around on their website and the app for everything they offer. Taco truck kills it every time! We will be back for sure!
