I have been to Mexico (Cancun) a number of times but this resort has topped them all. Our room is spacious well, beyond spacious and clean. Ocean view is stellar. Service outside and in is beyond what I expected and I am one happy customer. Our lunch service was quick and Oliver Torres always had a smile and was genuinely interested I how we felt about this resort. The staff always asked if we are comfortable and happy and really I can’t believe it could possibly be any better. Outstanding resort and I will be back.

Sapporo Ernesto truly elevated our dining experience! Not only was the food exceptional, but our waiter, Ernesto, provided impeccable service. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor made our evening unforgettable. From recommending delicious dishes to ensuring our glasses were always filled, Ernesto went above and beyond. The food itself was a culinary delight, with each dish expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The combination of outstanding cuisine and top-notch service made our visit to Sapporo Ernesto an absolute delight. We can't wait to return!

This hotel is nice. The people in the lobby & bartenders aren’t super friendly but we loved the restaurant Sapporo. Consuelo, Marily, & Chef Alberto were AMAZING!! We loved them and the food was delicious. We had a great time, we would recommend going there multiple times during your trip. Our favorite restaurant on the property

We went to the restaurant agave the night before our wedding, and Alex Ortega and Moises polito made it so special for us and our friends. They gave us extra food, paid extra care to us, and suggested the best meals for us. They had the mariachi band come play a romantic song for all of us. They also made the BEST flaming coffee after the meal. It was so incredible because of Alex and Moises!!
