My wife celebrated my birthday right on top of 59 floor. The ambiance is superb. The attendant’s services are professional and perfect! Specially thank to Ms. Film and Nu. The food is brilliant. We both enjoyed our great birthday dinner over here. We will be right back.

Wow, ☆☆☆☆☆ Firstly, let me say that first and foremost the staff at this luxury hotel are first class. From the moment you arrive your every need and want are taken care of 24 hours a day. The rooms are spacious with everything you could ever need already there, breakfast is 1st class, the food and service are 1st class , the spa and gym are fantastic, the hotel is kept at a nice 23 degrees even when it is 45 degrees centigrade plus outside. There is plenty to do without ever leaving the hotel. I will stay here again. This is definitely the way to visit Bangkok. I wish I had booked a month, not just 2 weeks, I will be back

One standout highlight of my stay was the impeccable customer service provided by the receptionist, Annie Park. Annie went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was seamless and stress-free. Her friendly demeanour and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest.
Throughout my stay, Annie consistently demonstrated her dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly attending to any inquiries I had, she always did so with a genuine smile and willingness to assist.
Annie's professionalism and dedication to her role truly set her apart. Her exceptional customer service skills undoubtedly contributed to making my stay at the Banyan Tree a memorable one. I cannot commend her enough for her outstanding efforts in ensuring that guests like myself have a truly exceptional experience.

Remarkable and unforgettable experience from the get-go. The hospitality at this hotel was second to none. Every attention to detail was thought of, from receiving jasmine flowers upon arrival to complimentary small gifts placed on our beds every evening. It was pure perfection and immaculate!
The views from the hotel were outstanding from all directions. The Bangkok skyline was phenomenal.
Furthermore, the food at both the breakfast buffet and the restaurant on the top floor were outstanding.
All of the staff were so helpful, kind and welcoming. A huge thank you to Mr Chin who gave us tips and advice on places to visit.
I have nothing but praise and admiration for such a well run hotel.

My recent stay at Banyan Tree was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the room.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep throughout my stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries and coffee maker.
The hotel facilities were also excellent. I made good use of the fitness center, which was well-equipped and maintained. The pool area was a lovely spot to relax and unwind, and I enjoyed soaking up the sun in the comfortable loungers.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel restaurant Saffron served delicious meals with a variety of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes to start the day. My daughter enjoyed in Kids room.
Overall, I cannot fault my experience at Banyan Tree . The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience. I will definitely be returning in the future!
