The staff here really shine. My husband lost his phone on the property and when we called the front desk asking if it had been found, we were asked to come to the desk to try and identify it. Rodolfo worked with us through the shift change to ensure the safe could be opened and that it was returned. The process was smooth and we were amazed that the phone was tucked away safely for us. The honesty and kindness of every staff member involved in getting the phone back to us was so appreciated. Not to mention, every single staff member - from maintenance to kitchen staff - greeted us with the brightest faces and were enthusiastic to help me practice my Spanish vocabulary in their areas of expertise. This was our second time visiting here and we will be back for sure.

The resort itself is beautiful. It is not a party atmosphere for a young crowd, the music at the pool was on repeat of the same old songs so it’s more of a “chill” vibe. The bartenders were very friendly and efficient, the service at the restaurants was on the slower end. The food at the poolside and the bbq chicken place by the pools was amazing.
The beach is very rocky, you can look to find a small area to swim or walk down to the very last resort on the strip where there was lots of people but the water was flat.
The one downside were all the raccoons! We did not see any reviews on the raccoons prior to booking, they were seen in the buffet, the Brazilian steakhouse and the late night joint. There were visitors with children who were feeding the raccoons, this definitely made us lose our appetite. Aside from the raccoons it’s a great resort.

Room cleaning people for villa 29 were a rude speaking bad about us in Spanish ( we understand it) and just not very noce overall. The girl was nice!
Beach is a little rocky. Bring water 👞

The trip was fantastic. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. The entertainment team was amazing. Gretel always made sure we were well and got us to participate in many activities that we wouldn’t have thought of doing. The entertainment team is very friendly and fun and make the trip more memorable. Thank you!

Great for family vacation with the water slides, splash pad and various pools. The people that worked there were so friendly and helpful. The drive from the Cancun airport was long, about an hour and fifteen minutes. We felt very safe during the entire experience. The rooms were basic and had some small problems like broken pieces and seals, but were overall nice and very spacious with great views. We were in a 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect. The food was good, the buffet could feel overwhelming at times so the food truck areas and reserved dinners were a nice break. Anything that is not included is extremely expensive, so try not to forget anything. Beautiful property and beach and fantastic staff made our experience lovely and unforgettable.
