I recently had the pleasure of staying at AX The Palace Hotel during my visit to Malta, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Not only did they swiftly address an issue I had, but they also graciously upgraded my room and even provided delightful goodies like wine and cookies, adding a personal touch to my experience.
The view from my room was nothing short of breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas that truly captured the essence of Malta's beauty. The rooms themselves were incredibly spacious, providing ample comfort and luxury. The upgraded room (#849) with the Jacuzzi was the highlight of my stay, offering a serene oasis where I could unwind.
Dining at the hotel's restaurant was an absolute delight, with each meal exceeding my expectations. From the delicious local cuisine to the impeccable service, every aspect of the dining experience was top-notch.
Overall, my experience at AX The Palace Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot wait to return. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful with big smiles that actually reached their eyes.
Nothing was too much trouble and any problem we had was quickly fixed.
The food was great, a really good variety at breakfast.
Our room looked out over the city towards the harbour and most of the time in the room was spent on this balcony.
Really enjoyed the hotel and will return and definitely recommend to others.

Really nice hotel. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Rooms really nice. Only disappointment was being refused drinks on rooftop bar as they hired it to private company. Bit embarrassing inviting friends over and being refused drinks. At least give notice next time. Would stay again.

What an amazing experience I had! I spent few nights with my partner and we both loved everything. The room was big enough for 2 of us, the bathroom is beautiful and we had a balcony over the city/sea. The only thing I would say is the TV needed to be a bit more updated in terms of apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc... The rooftop with the outdoor pool is really beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Plus the indoor pool too. If I'm back at Malta, will definitely stay there again. The service overall was very good, friendly staff and helpful too on directions and places to visit around the area.

One of my favourite hotels in Malta. Rooms are fantastic but what's even better is the personel! Fantastic helpful and always polite people. Nothing is an issue for them, always will to help. Thank you for making my stays so nice.
Location isn't superb from touristic point of view but not bad either.
