We came back here 10 years after our first visit and it was just as great as we remembered. Fantastic service, huge pool, nice rooms. The location right by the beach is brilliant. Breakfast was great at both locations. Only thing I’d say negative is that the rest of the food is pretty ordinary. Better to pop out to eat. There’s also now a huge kids club and loads of activities for kids so I highly recommend it for families. For non families looking for a quiet time, good idea to be away from the main pool and in one of the designated quiet zones. Extra Thankyou for the welcome decorations and cake that the hotel prepared for our wedding anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay. The location and amenities are wonderful. Beautiful setup. The food at the restaurant by the pool is modified to please the foreigners. The bar at this restaurant is a bit slow. But the staff are very friendly. If you are looking for actual Thai food, I would strongly suggest going to the beach side. The vibe for adults is much better on the beach side. The shuttle boat runs very often. The nighttime market on the weekends is nice. You would enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again. It's a beautiful resort. Many activities to do.

A curated resort overlooking a beautiful beach. It is ideal for couples looking to have a quiet vacation, away from the roller-coaster night life of Phuket, this is the place. Rooms are well maintained, and the staffs are very friendly. One negative about the location is remote location and away from day to day required places like 7-11, forex,pubs.

As a perpetual traveller a bad service experience. I'm a easygoing person in general, i'm never complaining. We were waiting 1 hour at the Lobby for the availability of the room, 3pm instead 2pm. Ok, i was NOT complaining! The fridge in our room was not working, so we had warm drinks all the time. Ok, i was NOT complaining. On the next day, the front desk was calling us at 12:05pm !! for check out quickly and at this point i got angry. We were waiting 1 hour for our room without a working fridge and there was no tolerance, for example a late Check Out or maybe 30 minutes more. The hotel calls itself a 5 star hotel, but this was a 3 star service. As a 5 star hotel you must have the sensitivity and professionalism to treat your guests better. My last time here and will publish this on my YouTube travel channel.

Wittaya Wongvatanyu

Tldr: great for family or couple looking for peaceful rest. Location: on a secluded beach. Great for peaceful rest but some might find it a little too far from everything, including the nearest local restaurants. They have multiple restaurants in the hotel though. Service: staff were great. Note that my wife needs to wait almost ten minutes for someone to approach to help her check-in which was way longer than the sands in Phang-nga we just left. However, everything else were good after that. Some of the staff can only speak English (probably Malaysian or Tagalog as well. Not sure about that) Room: we had single bedroom loft which was very peaceful and spacious. The room had outdoor bathtub and indoor shower. Be aware that the two floors are open to each other so air conditioner in the bedroom was not cooling the room properly, however, turning the downstair one on as well solved the problem. Amenities: All bath room consumables including toothbrushes were available so you literally need nothing should you visit. They had Twinings tea, instant coffee, and coffee pods available. The room had two televisions, one in the living room, another in the bedroom. Please note that on in the bedroom head volume locked so you cannot turn the volume up more than a quiet conversation. Facilities: hotel's private beach was quiet. It was shared very all hotels in the area, all of which were of the same chain. We can't comment much about facilities as we woke up so late we even needed to postpone the checkout time. We also have the place to catch.
