A fantastic hotel that is well run by the staff, was very accommodating to our needs and has a modern luxury feel. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities you could want. The staff made our room up each morning to a high level. We were also very surprised to see that the staff came in during the afternoon to make the room up ready for our return by closing the blinds, putting slippers out for us and turning the bed over. The reception staff ensured that they went the extra mile for you to make you feel comfortable - ordering taxis for us, giving us recommendations and arranging things for our room. The breakfast selection is also excellent with both hot and cold food, and a large variety of drinks. The rooftop bar is also a highlight - we went up there on a Friday night for drinks with our friends. The DJ, the atmosphere and the view was really great and we had such a fun time
I could not recommend this hotel enough and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will not consider another hotel should we return to Dubai. Thank you again for our wonderful stay.

This was the BEST hotel experience I have ever had. I recently came with my family and the service was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. All of the staff were so attentive and I enjoyed every minute of my stay.
It was my birthday when I visited and the cleaning staff left balloons and a cake for me which was so incredibly thoughtful. The staff in the gym were so sweet as well and offered lots of advice (I’m recovering from an injury).
I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Dubai to stay at the W.

Has a perfect vacation! The team will go above and beyond! Ginger moon and ATTIKO were both great restaurants and it’s amazing to have the infinity pool and adults only beach! The addition of having access to the other properties was also great! There is construction going on next to the hotel so that may bother some people but personally I didn’t mind it too much! Rooms are amazingly spacious!

Went to W to unwind with friends, but we ended up going to Barasti. We ordered 2 Mexican beers, but they had different qualities and tastes. The calamari was too salty, and the pizza was too thin and crunchy. To make matters worse, the Barasti toilet was closed last night, so we had to use the one after the stairs. I was in awe because it was too dirty! The bathrooms in the mall and metro were cleaner in comparison. Just imagine, you go out all glammed up, and then you have to use those bathrooms. I went home itching and I still have rashes. It's really unfortunate 😖

I and my family had an amazing stay here. The guest relations, most especially Trisha, did an amazing job of making my stay and my birthday a wow factor. I was surprised by her gesture and it really made an impact to my heart. Thank you so much. Well done.
