The hotel we had the pleasure of staying at turned out to be a true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the genuine hospitality and care of the staff. The moment we stepped into our room, we felt a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. One of the hotel's main advantages is its cuisine. The delicious dishes served in the restaurant delighted us with both their variety and freshness of ingredients. The chefs and waitstaff displayed high professionalism and attentiveness to our preferences. I especially want to highlight the cleaning staff, particularly Naim. His work is not only impeccable but also filled with a special warmth and attention to detail. We felt that our comfort and convenience were his top priority, making him a true professional and a compassionate individual. Overall, our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We leave with a sense of gratitude and hope to return again in the near future. Many thanks to the entire staff for such a wonderful experience!

Deemed a five star and expensive compared to alternative offered this hotel did not live up to expectations. Rooms are clean and tidy but tired. Service in restaurant very very slow. Happy hour (buy one get one free) advertising is very misleading. Ad shows cocktails and when go inside bar told it does not apply. Breakfast buffet is very good. I would not recommend staying here and would not return. View of beach almost totally obscured. 😒 It has been suggested that my comments are a bit harsh. Notable and good service received from Tour Organiser(Ali), Mary and others at Breakfast and room service. There are a lot of hotels in Dubai so the message is check out where you are staying to ensure you get value for money. Enough said. 🤑

The hotel is simply wonderful. But it’s worth mentioning the food separately. It's just gorgeous. Everything is incredibly tasty. The staff is endlessly polite and friendly. You will not be left unattended for a second. I would especially like to highlight Asma and Hafiz. They already predicted within a matter of days what we would like to ask for. Thanks for the high class!!!

I did not see the rooms so I cannot comment on them. We visited restaurant "The Talk". Food selection was not big but everything was delicious! I have to comment on Abdul, he took excellent care of me and my family. Also, if you have kids, there is a little playground in the restaurant so they can play while you enjoy you meal! Really recommended!

Had a wonderful family trip exploring the city and visiting the beaches. I did use the facilities often which was provided. The staff at the Spa was incredibly attentive to my needs special thanks to Intan and Margaret who done my treatment and were warm and welcoming every time I came to use the gym. 3-5 minute walk to the beach, towels and bed provided by hotel. 3-5 min walk in the other direction takes you to all the shops, market, food places.
