Very boring brunch. I do not recommend it is not worth the amount of money spent. They are advertising it so well however it is not the same in real…… music boring….. food selection is basic ….. I’m really disappointed. In addition to this the after brunch is terrible they are putting a play list with ridiculous sound track. .I was celebrating a special occasion and it was ruined…..

I had a highly disappointing experience at the Westin Dubai.
1. Booking Issues at Check-In: Upon arrival, our rooms were incorrectly booked, resulting in a 30-minute wait for the second room to be ready. The first family was placed next to a room under renovation, causing daily noise and dust, especially troublesome with a child. No apologies were offered. It took 3 hours to relocate the first family to our block, and ultimately not even on our floor.
2. Misguidance: When we finally received the key to the second room, no staff member guided us. We wandered for 30 minutes trying to locate our room with no assistance or apologies.
3. Room Maintenance and Mini-Bar Issues: In our room, the sink drained poorly and the Hendrick’s gin in the mini-bar was opened and diluted with water.
4. Deposit Confusion: On the third day of our all-inclusive stay, we received a letter under our door about a required deposit, which was never mentioned at check-in. While the deposit itself wasn’t an issue, the immediate insistence on payment after a shisha and one cocktail charge (not included in our package) was intrusive. This gave the impression that we might not be able to settle our bill at checkout. The receptionist claimed it was hotel policy, but even waitstaff never asked us to settle the bill immediately, which we could have easily done. Before demanding compliance with their policies, they should address basic room issues, like the sink repair and mini-bar replacement.
5. Repeated Disturbances: On the fourth day, reception woke us early, informing us of a ready room for relocation, despite us being settled in our room. They had confused our names and wrongly assumed we requested a new room. Again, no apologies.
We came for a 6-day stay and were constantly disturbed with new issues daily. The highlight of the poor service was when they woke us and asked to speak to an adult, despite being aware that two adults occupied the room.
Overall, it’s disappointing that such a reputed hotel has such service deficiencies, misunderstandings, and lacks resolution.

It was impossible to open the window- strong noise, but even with closed windows it is difficult to sleep.
The window view of marina is nice.
Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and were offered breakfast and early check in: unbeatable. It is a rare situation. Thank you.
Breakfast: a vast variety of different meals: really bravo. The staff at breakfast: mainly chaotic and forgetful. But some waiters are nice indeed.
The room is ok, the cleaning staff is very polite and trying to do their best, but could be trained better.
The staff who cares about taxis is very tricky. When you ask for a standard taxi, they say: take our hotel car service, it will be faster, it is difficult to get a taxi. Of course, you will be double charged. Should be controlled.

We go here on day passes and love it for the kids playroom and the variety or restaurants and the pool and facility. It has a really classy , holiday vibe , is large enough so you can always find a sun bed and it's fantastic for the kids ! We haven't stayed in the rooms as we live in Dubai however we recommend to our friends because of the facilities
The marina is a nice location but always lots of traffic to get there which is a bummer
