Quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed with. Brilliant environment, big spacious rooms, great service and incredible food. We travelled with children and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks for Robin in the kitchen who'd prepare our kids with specific dinners and the best ice cream treats! The included food (stayed half board) was restaurant quality. If you stay, try staying on a Friday and you'll be treated to a lovely sea food selection. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future!

The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional. The breakfast is served at 7 am which is really late compared to other hotels (6 to 10). This is not helping me to be at work 8. Please management team: should be Okay with the staff can you please change the breakfast to start at 6:30 instead. That will be very helpful! Great job every one. Special thanks to Chef Omar for the special shawarma! Much appreciated you all!

I have returned from my trip to Dubai last night, my first time staying at OAKS Ibn and I was absolutely appalled at the service we received. We had booked a premium room for 3 adults to sleep in, when we arrived we turn up to one double bed which was inadequate for our stay! We then asked for another bed to be put in our room in which was rock hard, whilst having to complain about this the staff were very unapologetic and unhelpful during the experience! We then got moved rooms after much hassle, in which the room’s aircon didn’t work and the shower flooded the entire bathroom!! It ruined our experience in Dubai, we have been several times on holiday to Dubai before and stayed in lovely hotels, however this one we will not be returning to!

This was one of the best hotels ever! The interior in this hotel is breathtaking! I could NOT stop looking at the lanterns! They have different themes on different floors! We had a very huge balcony and the view was beautiful! The room was hugeeee and every detail of the room was beautiful! The pool was also in a very good location, gave shade most of the time! The food was delicious and their restaurants are beautiful! The staff are very helpful and quick in room service! I would visit this hotel as many times as I could! Also the hotel is very close to Ibn Battuta Mall which is also a very good mall!
