Excellent hotel! The most remarkable element is the staff attention to detail and customer experience.
The artist, Daniela Ruiz was very keen to provide quality music. The reception lady at La Rive was very kind to serve us. The restaurant itself is also very nice. We had breakfast at "La Brasserie" and the quality of the options was amazing.

Recently celebrated my birthday at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic time! The entertainment was top-notch, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better way to mark the occasion. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!"

This hotel is highly recommended. Even though it's still under construction, the staff are 100% accommodating and friendly. Upon arrival on the island, dancers will welcome you, and they also offer a welcome drink, providing a very nice feeling. Even though the island is part of Dubai, you'll still feel like you're in a different country. The room is clean and we received a free room upgrade. The view from our room is definitely nice since we can see the outdoor pool. I don’t have any complaints, but kudos to all the staff at Voco Monaco—from the receptionists, waiters, housekeeping, concierge, and also to the dancers, DJ, and saxophonist during breakfast. You all did a great job in maintaining the high standards of the hotel. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

I recently stayed in this hotel with my husband and friends and had a so-so experience.
While the hotel itself appeared new on the inside, I was disappointed to find that the exterior seemed rundown, with paint peeling in several areas. This kind of disappointed me from the overall aesthetic of the property.
Furthermore, I found the water activities to be overpriced and not worth the expense. Additionally, dining at La Brasserie proved to be a frustrating experience as we had to wait for over an hour for our food, despite ordering a relatively simple meal. A lot of people were also complaining, not just us.
Unfortunately, our dining options were further limited as La Rive seafood restaurant was closed for an Iftar event, leaving us with little choice in terms of dining venues.
On a positive note, we did enjoy the amenities such as the pool with its bubbling feature, although I would caution against inhaling the bubbles as they caused discomfort in the throat. The views from the hotel were stunning, and the boat ride provided an enjoyable experience.
Overall, while there were some highlights to our stay, the issues mentioned above detracted from the overall enjoyment of our time at the hotel. I hope you will consider addressing these concerns to improve the guest experience in the future.

The journey to the hotel was delightful, with a supportive and friendly crew. Both the pool and beach areas provided enjoyable experiences. My dining experience at the French restaurant was exceptional, with delicious food that exceeded my expectations. This hotel offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai, and the pricing is reasonable considering the overall quality of the experience
