We've stayed at this hotel for 9 days. The fantasy room and polite housekeeping were great. However, the area where breakfast is served had a smell that required us to change and shower every day after breakfast. On the bright side, two staff members, Mr. Richard and Mr. Samson, were incredibly kind and displayed excellent manners. Their positive attitude really stood out. However, we felt that the courtesy shown by some other indian staff members could be improved. We hope the hotel management pays closer attention to how all guests are treated.

My advice is to stay away from this hotel! We hosted a big team corporate event for one week and had our entire team stay there. We spent hundreds of thousands of dirhams with them and Many promises were made and not kept. Food was incorrectly labelled (this resulted in non-vegetarian food being labelled as vegetarian) which as you can imagine cause major issues, terrible service and they don’t deliver what was promised and they have absolutely no flexibility or understanding. The worst thing is the hotel manager - Nagy! He pretended to listen then ignored all our concerns, made excuses, defended his team and did nothing for us. This type of leadership is what results in staff not caring either. The Amazing room that they have is very nice for events and their guest rooms are comfy but their management and service make this a hotel to avoid! In all my years of staying in hotels I’ve never experienced such unprofessional management.

Lovely stay. Great pool options amazing gym with steam room and sauna at the connected Hilton. Nice walking and running path along the canal as well as bike rentals available through the Dubai bike share. Arman was absolutely incredible - so professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He is an amazing ambassador for this hotel.

V hotel is one of my favorites I’ve stayed in UAE so far. The room we get is beautiful and very spacious. The service is always great, all of the staff is very accommodating, making sure you always have what you need. The food is delicious, definitely best breakfast I’ve ever had. Salmon Eggs Benedict- highly recommend! Overall, an amazing hotel and staff! We cannot wait to stay there again this coming April!
