Pleasant stay. We got high floor. Clean, comfort stay. Friendly staffs and easy check in and out process. The plus side is they have Starbucks inside the hotel, by the hotel. It’s super convenient for coffee lovers. Pricing for spring break week was surprisingly affordable. It provides early park access for universal studio. Free shuttle to Universal studio parks & citywalk. Overall, I love the stay and this is already my second time staying in Surfside, will definitely consider coming back with my family!

Brilliant hotel and great location. If we were to holiday in Florida again we would definitely come back here. The staff were pleasant upon arrival. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The pool area was brilliant, bar staff friendly and plenty of loungers. The free bus shuttle is great and very frequent. We ate several times in the hotel and the food was lovely.

Upon first impression, the hotel presents itself well, but the experience does not justify the steep costs. It's exasperating to pay such high rates for rooms only to find out that parking incurs an additional, significant fee. No amenities are complimentary, which feels disproportionate to the room rates. The accommodations themselves left much to be desired. There was a notable absence of a closet space, diminishing the room's utility and comfort. The bedding appeared tired and the mattress was less than comfortable, contributing to a less restful night. Soundproofing is inadequate, as conversations from neighboring rooms were easily audible. Moreover, the bathroom was cramped and its door failed to shut completely. I advise against dining in the hotel—the food did not meet expectations. Positives include a helpful shuttle service to nearby attractions and a commendable staff. The pool area is spacious and remains open late, which is a plus. However, these few benefits do not offset the overall disappointing value.

My fiancé and I stayed here for the first time and we had a great experience! The staff from the time we checked in till we left were all great! This included the front desk, the gift shop, Starbucks, and the cafe. The cafe had good food options kind of like college style so if you didn’t want to go out after a long day at the parks you didn’t have too! Also we loved the free bus shuttle to the universal parks and city walk, it was so convenient we didn’t even need a car to go anywhere! The rooms were also very clean! We didn’t experience any problems during our visit. Overall we would definitely stay again!

This place at first glance is nice. I don't believe that it was budget friendly. For the price, I feel that the room was not worth it. No microwave in the room, no closet, the covers looked worn out,the bed was uncomfortable,the walls were paper thin. I was able to hear both of my neighbors. The bathroom was small, and the door didn't close all the way. Don't eat at the hotel. The food was terrible! I appreciate the shuttle ride to the park. It was very convenient. The staff were pretty decent. I had a really good view. The pool is big and was opened late.They charge you for parking.
