Stayed for a week April 2024. The hotel location is great, close to all the major parks, Universal and Disney. There are plenty of free shuttles from the hotel and other hotels around. If not a free shuttle service buses by Lynx go to the parks and only $2 for single and $4.50 for day ticket. Very reliable buses. The hotel is clean and rooms get cleaned daily with fresh towels and soap if you need it. The rooms have a coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Rooms are large with a phone, TV, air conditioning. We had no issues with rooms or the hotel staff. The hotel has a shop open until midnight which sells everything you might need, toiletries medication, food and drink fresh sandwiches, cookies hot drinks, clothing, it has it all. It has a buffet restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, a bar open from 5pm which had a free jukebox and 2 pool tables, you need 4 quarters to operate the tables. The food served on the bar was good and reasonably priced. It had an outdoor seating area too. The staff in there were great we had a young lady on the first 2 nights and then a young gentleman on the rest, both were fantastic and very friendly. The only thing I will warn you about is the Vacation Planning desk. They will try and get you to buy discounted park tickets but you will have to attend a welcome event at Wyndham resort which takes 2 hours, we almost got roped in but declined and just paid the normal price for universal as it wasn't worth the 2 hours of our holiday. So all in all a great hotel and definitely will return here again.

Great location on International Drive. Easy to walk to Universal from here, but there is a hotel shuttle at set times or lynx bus stops right outside hotel and goes all the way to Universal. Rooms are dated, but very clean. Couple of minor room issues were dealt with very promptly. Microwave and fridge a huge bonus. All members of staff that we met were friendly and helpful. No resort fees or parking charges. Hotel grounds were very well maintained. Great value for money, would not hesitate to recommend.

I booked this hotel for one evening. We checked and went to our room, and we found that the room was not as we expected. There was an unpleasant smell that immediately hit us. The room was not as clean as we expect from a hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, and that's okay; they can be made up for by cleanliness, but that was lacking. We found that the walls near the window were dirty, and the room had not been deep cleaned in quite some time. We looked at the bed and were happy to see that the bedding did look clean. However, we did not feel comfortable staying there and checked out about an hour after checking in. The hotel staff was very nice, and the front desk assistant didn't question why we were leaving. She did issue us a refund through the third-party site on which we booked. We were happy with the staff; however, the rooms need to be better cleaned beyond the daily housekeeping. In the short time we were there, the noise from outside was noticeable; however, that was just another guest, and it was daytime. I cannot speak to what it is like at night. This hotel needs some work, but for the price, you may find this suite fits our budget well.

One and done. I hated everything about this hotel and don't understand the glowing reviews. Right of the bat, they make you listen to a vacation club sales pitch when you check in. And when you decline, the lady gets snippy. The room smelled awful, musty and mildewy. Possibly because of the old raggedy carpeting. I was worried about bed bugs every second I was in the room. The beds were not comfortable, the room was hot, right next to a busy road under construction. The bathroom was fine. The next day, after we checked out, my son noticed that he forgot his gold chain and Ray Ban sunglasses in the room and when he called the hotel they were less than helpful. He had to file some sort of claim through a different website and the phone number listed was disconnected. Calling back and speaking to someone else, nobody has found or rather returned the listing items. Go figure.

We stayed for a few days to go to the parks. The service its very good and everyone its very nice. The location was perfect. My only issue was that we found a shoe and socks from the prior guests that stayed in our room and lots Of noise from other guests. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
