The only issue we had with this room was that is was pretty loud because our room was facing the busy highway. But for the price, we didn't mind. After spending the 14 hours at Magic Kingdom, we didn't mind at all. Beds were comfortable and showers were perfect after a very long day. The drive from Disney was nice and short to this place. Check in was such a smooth process as well. We would certainly stay here again

Enjoyed a few nights here. Our first night was ruined because of a very strong smell of pot that came through from another room. I've experienced this at another Rosen and couldn't believe it was happening again. When we came back from breakfast, the smell was back. To be fair they dealt with it straight away. A security guy came immediately and then he sent somebody from maintenance who also came within minutes and sealed off the ceiling vent in the bathroom. This worked, but I do think more could be done to prevent people smoking in the first place. We had breakfast each morning and it was really good, the staff were great. Our room looked like it had recently been renovated. The beds were very comfy. Everything worked and the cleanliness was on point. The pools were each heated nicely and the areas were clean. We did a late check out but the information we were given when we booked this was completely different from what we were told on our first night. Would stay again.

It's a little dumpy, and we could hear people walking by our door all night, but the location is in pretty good proximity to Universal. Not bad for the price. Also, there's no included breakfast and the hotel restaurant is overpriced. The on-site convenience store was nice to have as an alternate though.

The rooms are pretty nice for the price we paid. They even have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I stayed in a double bed room. The rooms are pretty spacious! There were also two of us. The front desk service can be warmer, friendlier, and smile more to give a welcoming feeling to set the tone for the hotel. I’ve only seen 1 person working even when it’s really busy. Their buffet is really good! They have pretty solid food for this type of hotel! The service is really good too! Everybody says good morning to you when you enter! I really liked Joseph! He would go above and beyond! I stayed here for 5 days for a convention. This hotel has shuttle pickups and drop offs. They also have complimentary shuttle service to universal studios but you’ll need to book 24 hours in advance.

Not only was this a peaceful and luxurious stay, but the hotel's pathways were also very clear. If you'd like to take a relaxing stroll to your accommodation, I highly recommend exploring the little paths by the pool, especially after dark. The view from the upper levels is really amazing to the point where I could take many lovely shots, but the only drawback I had was when a woman who worked in room service nearly opened the door on my family and I, but it was quickly straightened up. The area is secure at night, so I didn't have to worry about any crook in the night emerging from the bushes aside from the small lizards. Yes, the restaurant is costly, but the small convenience store makes up for it. Speaking of which, the man at the register is such a sweetheart; give him a raise if necessary! Anyway, with all that stated, I absolutely recommend visiting here.
