Had a wonderful time and even after 14 years of coming to this resort am still impressed by the quality and service. The staff makes this experience extra special.
A special thanks to our beach butlers Ivan, Arturo and especially Luigi who never failed to stop by and shared great conversation and offers of assistance. Cant wait to see him the next time we come. Also our building butlers Gabriel, Belen, and Paris. Gabriel was fantastic and took care of everything when we first checked in.
Not a single negative experience at any point. Don’t hesitate to visit this resort.

We had an AMAZING vacation! If you come you HAVE yo stay at TRS Yucatan villa 66 so butlers Bernardo & George can take care of you! They are incredible! We were so spoiled! I've been to many AIs and this one was fantastic! The service is top notch. Everyone working at the resort is so nice! We never had to wait for a cart more than 5 minutes. But if you come to the Palladium group TRS Yucatan is the best way to go!

This was our 3rd resort in Mexico and by far our favorite. After staying at another similar adults-only resort with access to a larger resort for families, we were really impressed and happy with TRS. The resort is beautiful with so much greenery, terrain, and wildlife. Having 3 different pool options + a beach provided so much variety. We were happy with the food quality and options and think it's on-par or better than other resorts. With all of the amenities from the spa to the fitness + sports complex to the entertainment and activities we never ran out of things to do. The staff were extremely fun, friendly, and provided great service. We would come back and will recommend it to our friends and family!

This was by far our favorite vacation to date! Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights in the private pool suite. Everything was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful, the private pool was amazing, everything was kept clean. We had Emilio as our butler for the majority of the stay and he scheduled all of our dinners, made some fantastic recommendations, and greeted us every morning with a big smile! Our other butlers were also very friendly and helpful- Daniel and Laura.
Sergio checked us in and was super pleasant and polite. From the minute we walked in, they knew our names and treated us like royalty.
The food at the resort was delicious. Our favorite restaurant was La Boheme- they had the most delicious French food! You also HAVE to do Chic Caberet, I think I was smiling for a straight 3 hours. Amazing. I will be back
