One of most peaceful, laid back beaches with the greatest experiences. Everybody in the staff was extremely helpful; from the restaurant staff, the poolstaff, the housekeeping to the security personnel - everybody was trying to make our stay better. We had a distasteful experience due to some other guests which the staff dealt with deftly. The location is next to one of the most peaceful and calming beaches in the whole island. Extremely well recommended. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, on the seaside. Food is good, breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 am very nice in front of the sea and the swimming pool. Beach is clean. Special thanks to Niroshan for a very good coffee...difficult to find in Sri Lanka. We enjoy our stay.

Overall a very good hotel good value for the cost, good dining options. They have a nice beach, however the sea was not clean , pity, not their fault I guess this is the situation in this area. Service was great very helpful staff.

Trinco Blu by Cinnamon offers a prime location not far from Trincomalee city, nestled perfectly along the beachfront. The hotel itself is a sight to behold, exuding beauty and elegance. The rooms are impeccably maintained and come equipped with all the luxurious amenities one could desire. The highlight for me was the impeccable pool area. With the hot weather, the temperature of the pool water was just right, providing a refreshing escape. I especially appreciated the separate kids pool, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for families. Room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. The beach at Trinco Blu is simply stunning, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. The hotel also offers exciting activities such as whale watching, dolphin watching, and diving, adding an adventurous touch to the stay. However, I must address the dining experience, which fell short of my expectations compared to other Cinnamon hotels. The buffet lacked variety and seemed quite basic. During both lunch and dinner, I noticed that some dishes were not replenished promptly, resulting in a delay for guests. Additionally, the dessert section was disappointingly limited. I believe there is ample room for improvement in this aspect to elevate the overall dining experience for guests. In conclusion, Trinco Blu by Cinnamon delivers an exceptional stay with its perfect location, luxurious accommodation, and array of recreational activities. While the dining experience could be enhanced to match the hotel's other offerings, it remains a wonderful destination for a memorable vacation experience. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!
