Amazing property by the clean and serene Bentota beach. Excellent breakfast buffet and room services. The two pools are kept very clean. Friendly staff who maintain the entire resort very well. Room for improvements - The cupboards were dusty/looked old and the locker buttons were not working.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Thaala Bentota, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a breathtaking view of the serene Bentota beach. My room was beautifully appointed, with modern amenities and stunning views of the ocean. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt welcomed and valued throughout my stay.

My wife and I recently stayed at Thaala and it exceeded our expectations of beachfront hotel in everyway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a serene atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly respectful of our privacy. The uniquness of this hotel is its exquisite dining experience. The food was delicious and particularly the fresh salad corner at the buffet, has offered a unique and refreshing selection. It seems that all the local and foreign guests had a memorable culinary experience there. Furthermore, the spacious and well-equipped rooms provided us with the perfect retreat. We especially enjoyed taking leisurely walks through the vast area surrounding the hotel, with the sea breeze. Cheers!

From the moment we stepped in and checked out after 2 nights at Thaala Bentota, we had an amazing experience. We were cordially welcomed by the friendly staff with a variety of refreshments, and that was just the beginning. Customised cocktails by the pool, high tea in the afternoon, room service, variety of food choices including western,.eastern and continental breakfast at the buffet filled our tummies and mind!. Beach front room with the panoramic views, we enjoyed the early morning and late night walks on the beach in a safe environment. We felt it was a private beach. Friendly staff who always there to help from moving our sun loungers to the shades, giving us fresh beach towels and their polite and friendly attitude were few to highlight here. We had a memorable holiday and will definitely come with my children soon.
