Great location if you want to use public transport. Taxis also always available. Middle of Dubai so easy access to all fun activities. Amazing views if you have a room high up. Skip breakfast if possible - crowded and long waiting time for lift. But breakfast is great - lots of options and good quality. Would stay here again if we visited Dubai. Easy to get here with metro from the airport.

This was our first time in Tower Plaza Hotel with my twin daughters. The hotel presently surprised us with amenities, views, and connectivity. Breakfast had everything to choose. The staff were generally welcoming specially Dina at checking desk she was very polite and helpful.Swimming pool was perfect, our room view was great and mainly Metro station was literally outside the hotel which was easy to get anywhere in Dubai very convenient. Aicha and Usman the rest of staff at concierge team were very friendly answering all the questions . The waiting time to access the lift was horrible. Everything else was good and reasonable price . Thank you all .

Hotel has great problem with elevators. We was waiting more than 40 min for elevator first day (other days we was waiting not shorter, problem is specifically in the breakfast time between 7:30-10),then we decided to use stairs. We had room on 54 floor and breakfast was on 5th. Then, another surprise - the line to breakfast.... Not possible to eat. We had reservation from booking without breakfast and payed extra for breakfast. That was mistake and we asked for money back - they promised to do this - twice. Unfortunately.... It never happened! We decided to eat in the hotel near the museum of the future - not problematic at all. And faster than elevator and line in our hotel. All elevators was working here perfectly. Shower in the room needs renovation. Fungus. Also when we asked in reception they invited us to the pool and bar upstairs... But.... It's under renovation.... The worst is that hotel is just silent about paying back for breakfast even they assured us twice it will be done.

Hotel is definitely not 5 star. Rooms need to be maintain. Service is pretty bad. The housekeepers are not vacuuming for nearly 10 days now, they change the beds sheets after we ask them to do it. Definitely not up to 5-star standards. Housekeeping takes time to come. Breakfast is really bad same all the way. Breakfast also is crazy busy. Elevators take forever to come when it’s rush hour and are very slowly. Will definitely not recommend this hotel. Diner are finished after 18:30 is nothing left empty shelves. If you want to try something different will not be here in this hotel. Sorry but this is the truth. Pool is small not for everyone and very expensive bar by the pool. £50 for two sandwiches one burger and two coffees. Admiring the customer service to drive us to the airport.
