Fantastic 4 night break. Arrived late on night 1, had sandwiches waiting for me in my room which was modern and well put together. The staff were all super friendly and attentive. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and a fairly solid selection of food at the main buffet restaurant. Be warned though you will need to book plenty in advance for the rest!

What a beautiful hotel! The facilities of the hotel are gorgeous and being directly on the beach made the views even more spectacular. We stayed in the Premium Swim up Double Room with garden view and was bunked up to all inclusive as we had only booked for half board. The room was beautiful and the shower was to die for! Our pool was clean and during the day the sunlight was directly on it making the water a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately only a short stay but we are looking to return in the near future. The staff are very polite and welcoming, making our stay the best it could be.

a great place to relax and soak up some sun. the private pools are great. the beech is mainly pebbles, but it's not a problem. Sun's beds were plentiful when we went. had no problem getting one, and the bonus was that they all have cushions. we went all-inclusive plus, which means you can use the specialist restaurants more than once. but even at all-inclusive plus, you dont get premium branded drinks, only local equivalents. if you want a premium brand, you have to pay. €7 for a shot when we went. rooms very clean some only have baths not showers so you need to check that if you go.

I feel the pictures and reviews are not accurate reflections of the hotel. Day 4 I’m yet to see something that can be used as reference to what is shown online. The room is extremely dated, not at all what was shown online on booking. My room floor has been cleaned once, my bedding has been changed once. I often return to the room to find a small amount of makeup on my pillow along with other empty bottles left on the side. I’m positive my bathroom has not been cleaned since I arrived. I’ve called reception this morning to request cleaning products to complete this task myself, the desk was quite dismissive and sent someone to the room who had no idea why she was called there. I still haven’t had any cleaning products and therefore still sat here with a dirty bath. The food is diabolical! Very repetitive, not many options whatsoever. If you’re a big foodie you should probably avoid this place. Although I’ve spent money to vacation in a “5 star hotel” I’m having to spend further money to dine in external restaurants. Penelope’s hotel, approximately a minute from the hotel has saved my stomach! The 5 star rating to me personally is very ambitious and quite inaccurate. I’d give a 3 star max. Overall,I am disappointed to say the least.

The best all inclusive hotel I've ever stayed in. Super friendly staff. Modern spacious rooms. Good selection of meals. Every day a different cuisine. It has 2 beautiful pools. An outside bar and a jetty to swim in the sea. Highly recommend!
