Visited the spa in April. Had a full body massage with Ada and Athena, who were friendly and personable. They made sure we were comfortable, and checked with us about the pressure which was amazing. Athena helped us with our booking and discussed the treatments and gave us a great deal! We had use of the steam room and sauna included, which was incredibly relaxing. All the staff we interacted with were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

Pros: Great location, breakfast is good, staff are amazing, rooms are a good size, hotel decor is nice, general service is quick, free sauna and steam room, would definitely recommend.
Cons: Indoor pool is not heated and quite small and the food was average. The private beach is a few minutes walk and nice but rocky.
We also used the spa facilities and had some treatments which was a 5/5 experience. My masseuse Maria was amazing - thank you for the experience!!

Me and my partner stayed here for our anniversary for 3 nights. On arrival staff were very welcoming and attentive. We had booked for the half board option with a deluxe room with a sea view. The room didn’t disappoint with the view and how clean and modern it was. The staff had arranged a lovely surprise for our anniversary in the room also which was a nice touch. The shower was a confined space even for a small build person and often leaked under the shower door so floor was slippery when getting out so required extra towels to soak up the water. We went to dinner on the first night in the main dining hall to expect quality food for a 5 star hotel however we were thoroughly disappointed. There were hardly any choices and what was there was tasteless, dry and poor. Luckily my partner and I are not fussy eaters but for those who are I think would struggle due to the lack of options. Breakfast was okay but again was just a basic continental breakfast but nothing impressive. We decided that for our stay we would eat out for dinner as we were really disappointed and often left hungry. Other than that I cannot fault the staff including the spa staff. We had a massage at the spa and couldn’t fault it. Cleanliness of the outside space could’ve been better as often took long periods of time for people’s dirty plates and glasses to be cleared from the pool areas so often had to clear it ourselves. Pools were cold but due to the time of year we expected it so wasn’t too bothered. Lovely beach area also. If staying I would recommend a car as much easier to get to places but beware that the hotel car hire Company park all their vehicles in guest spaces so often left with no parking and security forcing guests to park in areas off of site.
I would recommend the hotel and would stay again but would only do bed and breakfast.

This hotel was in a prime location, being next to a beach with the old/new town being a 10 minute drive away by taxi. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet was nice and varied. The staff were accommodating.

Just home from a wonderful week in the hotel. Went on a bed and breakfast package and were more than happy with this. Gave us freedom to explore the island.
Probably more of a 4 star compared to other 5 stars we’ve stayed in in other countries but it’s still outstanding.
