Not 5 star or even close. Tired old rooms, mouldy shower, blocked drains, poorly maintained. Room in need of a serious revamp - or even just change the sealant on the shower as it is covered in black mould. Buffet Food ok but not luxury, very basic and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Cocktails undrinkable, bar staff have no knowledge of any of the wines so can’t recommend any of them - all wines are Greek so some description even to say which ones are dry/sweet/full bodied etc would be helpful. Poor service - had to ask repeatedly for coffee at breakfast, had to go get our own cutlery, had to flag waiters down to ask for more drinks during dinner, can barely get hold of bar staff to get a drink, glasses are dirty, seemingly no wine cooler available when you order a bottle of rosé, we were each given different sized wine glasses for the same bottle and the glasses were dirty. Extremely loud music in the evenings until 11pm - not at all the tranquil relaxing escape as advertised on the website. If you’re in to songs like dancing queen, sweet Caroline, living on a prayer butchered at full volume then maybe it’s for you. Loud gardeners and hotel staff outside your bedroom door to wake you up early in the morning is nice as well! We could see through the expanding foam in between the wall and our bedroom door so there is little chance for sound proofing. Nice view to the sea from the room, (once you stand up as you can’t see any view if you sit down as the balcony is so high) but the beach is not very nice once you get down there and there was no bar or drinks available. We went to an alternative hotel in the bay for lunch instead of walking back up the steep hill to the hotel. Not at all luxury, we spent most of the time outside of the hotel exploring nearby Lindos (5 minute drive away) and relaxing in St Paul’s bay and exploring the island. If you have a hire car it’s a good base but otherwise I can’t imagine being trapped there for a week. Lindos is lovely, but from this hotel there is nothing else to do really other than just lie by the pool as you can’t walk anywhere. Some of the things such as untrained staff might just be teething issues due to it being early season, but other issues like maintenance, mould, broken toilet seats, clogged shower drains should have been addressed during the off season and now will only get worse as the summer season goes on. We were there during a very quiet week (early May) and the service was still very slow and almost non existent so I would hate to think what it is like when the hotel is full. We expressed our complaints to the hotel management team and whilst Christos was great and had a lot of time for us, and asked for copies of the photos that we had taken of various broken, mouldy and dirty things in the room. We met and sat down with Christos to explain our dissatisfaction during our stay, and nothing was changed in the room whilst we were there. When we checked out the drain on the balcony remained full of algae and without a cover, and the toilet seat was still broken, amongst other things. By way of apologising for these things he offered us a fruit basket in the room, or a change of room to try escape the noise in the evenings, the noise can not be avoided as we could even hear the neighbouring hotel so you would have to be a mile away not to hear it. Christos has a tough job because unless the hotel management do something about the maintenance and train the F&B staff properly, he is going to be extremely busy dealing with guest complaints this summer as the guest relations officer.

Just starting the new season when we arrived .so very quiet for a few days .no aircon until June which was a bit naff .but still wanted 10 euros per day tourist tax ? Food was excellent couldn't fault it .lifts were a pain the main one kept braking down , staff were excellent very polite . Still setting a few things up beach was stoney "no sand " couldn't walk on it .car hire at the hotel quad and ped hire outside, pool bar on the Side of the road .

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at here and I must say it fell far short of its advertised 5-star status. In reality, it was more akin to a 3-star establishment, leaving me thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, I was greeted warm welcome however we had to move as they decided to close the hotel early! The rooms themselves were underwhelming. While they were clean, they lacked the luxurious touches one would expect from a purported 5-star hotel. The furnishings appeared dated and worn, giving off an overall tired atmosphere rather than one of elegance or sophistication. Furthermore, amenities promised by the hotel were either non-existent or poorly maintained. Facilities such as the spa or fitness center were either closed for maintenance without prior notice or offered subpar services that did not meet industry standards. Overall, my stay left much to be desired. It is clear that this establishment does not live up to its self-proclaimed 5-star status but rather falls short as a mere 3-star accommodation option. I would caution others seeking a truly luxurious experience to explore alternative options before considering this hotel for their stay.

This is from Sargon Benjamin: The resort was phenomenal! Breathtaking views, and the staff was so nice. The hospitality was amazing, and the views were spectacular! Not to mention the fantastic, delicious food. Definitely highly recommend this resort.

Just to begin with we were a bit apprehensive, due to the recent fires that had devastated the region. We emailed the hotel to get an update as to the situation. As we had rubbish information from On the Beach. The hotel responded and said all was safe for our trip to Rhodes. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by reception. Christos clearly explained check in and use of hotel app. Christos upgraded us to panoramic view rooms, an added bonus. Throughout the holiday Christos was fabulous as all reception staff were. The rooms were beautiful with fantastic views of pool and beach. Complementary red wine and coffee pods too. The following day we headed to the pool to unwind. It was not huge but functional enough. No rush for sun loungers, later we found out the hotel was only a third full. This was people cancelling due to the fires. Staff quickly came to take our orders for drinks. All the bar staff were so lovely and polite, especially Naomi. Dinner was a buffet style, similar to most all inclusive hotels. Staff kindly set a table of all 10 for us. Vegetarian options were not huge though. However, Paschalis the food manager assured us he would arrange a better selection for the next service. Nice touch on his part and did as promised next service and throughout the stay too. The beach was lovely and clean with crystal clear water. Only downside was that it was pebbly and not sandy. Nice bars line the beach for food and beverages. Easy to travel around the island if you want to explore the island. All in all the hotel staff were super polite, friendly, nothing was never too much. I would recommend the hotel if you want to totally relax and be pampered. Thank you Lindos Village, you gave us memories for life.
