Stayed for a week at the end of April. The hotel is modern with a minimal architectural style but with all the amenities and comforts that you might need. Apart from bars, restaurants and pools the complex also includes a mini market, a rent a car agency and a jewellery shop. We had also had chosen the Ultra All Inclusive meal board which allowed us complimentary use of the indoor heated pool, the sauna and the steam room. The staff were very hospitable and the food at the a la carte restaurants was top notch! Would recommend and will definitely return! Thank you for the memories!

Where to start? I cannot believe this hotel has ANY negative reviews! Myself and my partner booked this for our first break away and it has been absolutely amazing. From the minute you arrive you're made to feel like royalty. Nothing is too much. We booked a room with a private pool and it's absolutely stunning, clean and has everything you could need. The whole hotel is spotless, well kept, clean and easy to navigate. We did all inclusive and the choice of restaurants included is amazing. Definitely reccomend Oyzo restaurant, the food was outstanding. The only thing I would add is the steak house has an additional charge for the steak which is very expensive (€160 per kg). There are no options for steak included with the all inclusive package which was slightly disappointing but we still had a lovely meal without the steak. We booked a Hamman spa treatment (while costly) was so relaxing and the manager of the spa Alexandros was brilliant. Very accommodating and funny. We also booked day excursions (quad biking) through the guest relations and everything was so easy and well explained. Renting a car is so easy as there is an office on site, we rented a convertible t-rok and prices were surprisingly reasonable! Staff - oh my, the staff are lovely. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcomes you with a smile and hello. All of the staff are amazing but have to give a massive shout out to Penia, what an absolute saint! Best service in the grand bar anyone could ask for. Also Daniela in the wet bar! Absolutely fantastic and so polite! We had a small issue with our shower, we messaged via WhatsApp and someone was at our room and had the issue fixed within 10 mins! Cannot fault this place at all and will 100% be back! Thank you Gennadi and all of your staff for making our holiday so memorable.

Lovely stay at Gennadi Grand Resort. After I arrived early in the morning, I was kindly invited to have breakfast with a beautiful view and live violin music. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. The gym is quite small but even though the hotel had just opened, yoga classes were organized, so I could do something different this week. Thank you Emma for accompaning me one week with amazing yoga classes very well explained, I felt almost like on a private yoga retreat! If you are looking for relaxation and completely disconnecting from the day to day activities, this resort is a good choice. Be mindful though, it's not adults only so it can get a bit louder every now and then. The Spa journey was a beautiful add on to the entire experience, Alexandros and his team, especially Maria and Katharina made my journey a bliss! Alexandros is a very passionate spa owner and you can feel that throughout the journey. Don't hesitate to have a look on their menu, you won't regret it! A big big thank you also for accompanying me for the week with access to saunas before the appointments and amazing relaxing treatments including body peeling, massages, facial and a superb gift from Alexandros, the Hamam experience. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely. I feel very grateful for this week, it exceed my expectations. 🤍 Thank you Gennadi Grand Resort for accompanying me during the most successful solo holiday so far! 😌 Ps. To all yoga enthusiasts, the morning yoga session is definitely worth waking up for! Our room had à swimming pool, orientation east, south-east, which was great till 3 pm. After it better to go the main hotel swimming pool, it was not verye crowded at this period.
