I travelled here with my three year old son and I can honestly say this is nowhere near a 5 star hotel. The hotel appearance is good but the room I stayed in was very dated and dirty. The toilet lid kept falling on us every time we used the bathroom, reported and nothing....which is a recurring theme. The air conditioner was extremely loud, the cleaners never cleaned, even when asked! The alcohol was watered down and they only had one bar. The restaurant was policed as soon as you walk in, creating huge queue. The food was standard, no variation for the whole time of stay, no one even came over to ask if you needed a drink! There was no kids entertainment only a play centre and she was honestly the only nice staff member I met. Every other staff member was rude, dismissive or felt bothered you was talking to them. They claimed to have a park which was located in a forest at the back of the hotel which consisted of one slide and a swing covered in cobwebs. The slide is dangerous and had my son flying off into the pits of stones and rocks and he was injured. When mentioned to staff members, again no concern or action taken. The evening entertainment was okay, drinks were watered down. One of the bar staff kept harassing another lady I met there, then coincidently her safe in her room was broken into and passports taken. (Not saying it was him, but it does seem fishy). Just to have your personal belongings taken out of your room in general is terrible. There is a beach across the road but it is stone one, very disappointing. I literally took a cab to the other side of the island to enjoy a sandy beach. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, the staff are dismissive and the lady who sits at the front and takes 'all your concerns/complaints down' does absolutely nothing. This is a poor basic excuse for a hotel and should be a 2-3 star hotel.

Enjoyed our stay in Rodos Staff were lovely. In terms of location it was great, beach across the road from the resort. Rhodes old and new town 5-7 drives from the resort. Downfall of the resort is the way the all inclusive worked. They had two types, all inclusive and and ultra all inclusive. One allowed one restaurant to eat at and one more than one restaurant, off course you had to pay more for the the ultra.

The room and bed was very good. The pool area is lovely with a very good pool for children from 5 to 14 and a play room beside it. There is a wide range of food but couldn't eat there after the second day. Meat stew type food and some salad components were a problem. Bread, cheese, cold sliced meats and breakfast cereals seem to be ok. Had to eat at local restaurants despite paying for half board. The water heater for a cup of coffee or tea in the room is an espresso type unit that heats to about 70 or 80 degrees so will not make tea but ok if you like a cup of cold coffee!! It's like 3 hotels in one, part of it is 5 star but some of it is of a lot lower standard. Wheelchair access is very good.

Great location 5 bus stops away from town. Easy to access by bus from airport. Great restaurant service, really friendly and helpful restaurant staff. Basic 5 stars standard. Modern nice room with sea view. A lot of entertainment in the hotel. Yoga session every day Snack bar with 6 hot dishes, snacks, pudding and drink station- great if you miss lunch. Huge hotel - busy by dinner or late breakfast. No bath in ur room - travel with small child was a bit of pain. No kettle, Otherwise everything like the photos show on the Google’s site.

- every night loud music stops at 23:00. We were sick and needed to rest early and asked for changing to another quiet room. Receptionist said no rooms available, not even bother to check, which I don’t believe at all. - uncomfortable beds, it is so unstable I felt like falling down every time I move a bit. - drinks from previous guests are still in the refrigerator when we checked in. - foods tastes only ok, don’t expect something special or local. Just standard. But BEWARE of long queues! Sometimes we waited 30 minutes - waiters forgot to order drinks for you, but if you have ordered, they will never forget to ask for payment 😅 - Sauna costs 10 euro per hour. - three main elevators for guests to use, one of them is broken. Long queue is a daily view. We use stairs 🤗 - short of personnel, feel pity for them running around with way too many unhappy guests. Just like what other people wrote here, it looks like the staff here are trained NOT to smile🙃, I never saw one. I don’t think this is a 5 stars hotel, but as it is group travel for us, we can’t choose. But for those who can choose, I will not recommend this hotel at all. I felt depressed just after my second day here.
