Visited for one night with my husband for a quick weekend getaway. First impression was not great, the young lady at the front desk was clearly new and unprofessional. We asked her for directions to our room and she didn't even bother responding. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful making sure you felt comfortable and at home. The room was okay. The restaurants had a big variety of tasty food and beverages. Main restaurant had a different theme every night.

Amazing staff! Amazing food! Amazing location! Really the staff and the food made it such a wonderful vacation. We felt personally close to those working there and they were so kind and helpful. And the food was amazing! So much selection and so much to eat. The location was perfect for our young family to play everyday on the beach too. Kids ages ranged from newborn to 5. Rooms are so so, but we didn’t spend much time there except for sleeping. We would love to come again! You have a beautiful island and beautiful people!

This is a beautiful multi award winning family friendly complex. In the summer months there is parties in the main pool. The all inclusive resort compiles of different pools, childrens play areas, aquapark and many restaurants. All staff offer a warm welcome and are helpful and hospitable. I would recommend this village resort as the complete layout has been carefully thought out with entertainment for all ages from infants, teens and adults. Mainly, it is the detail and care taken catering for children which makes this the perfect family holiday. There is a wide selection of delicious food for all tastes and the resort is right on the beachfront.

Just arrived home from star beach last night. Family of 5 3 adults 1 child 1 toddler Check in: was quick and easy, taken to our rooms on a buggy, friendly and welcoming staff. There is a cold buffet open for later arrivals. Rooms: be warned there is no lift just stairs & we were put on the top floor with a pram which was difficult but we made it work. On arrival to the rooms one of them smelt of sewage this was reported but went away on its own after 5 nights. They were clean,comfortable & had a fridge that was filled with water daily a microwave & coffee facilities. The entertainment team work hard & the kids love the mini disco. Food: we are a fussy family especially one child. The food was beautiful nicest all inclusive food we have ever had and it is cooked infront of you. The breakfast is hot or cold food with lots to choose from. Facilities: the pools are gorgeous there is 1 deep one & 3 childrens pools with slides & the waterpark. All fantastic, clean and enjoyable. There is always a bar in reach and all do snacks, hot drinks, soft drinks and alcohol. The kids club is only accessible to over 4s & there is no secure/gated area for toddlers to play so if you have a runaway toddler/child please be aware of this. There is also a lot of steps around the hotel & isnt very accessible to a wheelchair/pram user. Location: the location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic is has the best scenic views & the town is only 25 minute walk away with multiple shops, bars, clubs & restaurants. We had a fantastic time away & would recommend it to family with children 4+

We stayed at this hotel last year in June. The size of the hotel is very nice with nice swiming pools area for kids but not for adults unless you want to go to VIP area where kids are not allowed and you have to pay for loungers and drinks in the bar as none of this is included in all inclusive. Entertainment is not the best, food is average and same food served everyday. The personel is average except cleaners who at lest try to smile at you 😀 I've been at many hotels but this one is last on my list so far I will probably never visit again.
