My boyfriend and I stayed here for 10 nights in June-July 2023. We found the hotel lovely, it was very busy during the day but completely dead at nighttime even with the live entertainment. The location of this hotel is spot on, with a 5 minute walk to the beach/restaurants/bars, it’s great for young people. If music and dj’s during the day is your thing, then this is the place for you, and it can be quite loud throughout the day. We booked a junior suite and the room was a perfect size. Well equipped and spacious. But lacking a view. The only thing to let down the room was the size of the balcony, as you could hardly fit 2 people on it, and also the floor being quite dusty/dirty as if it wasn’t being cleaned enough. The food and drink in the hotel was lovely, but the payment system is quite confusing and the app doesn’t always work (don’t take cash). Would be better if staff could explain it to you better! The pool area is extremely busy throughout the day with not nearly enough sun-beds and this resulted to using beanbags to lay on. Overall a lovely hotel, great location, just some small things that could make it better! :)

The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to help. Extremely friendly and forthcoming. The hotel itself is great, modern, clean and stylish. I have no complaints whatsoever. Good value for money, prices are fair. Central location. It was a good experience. only thing you need to be aware of is that there is a dj playing music at the pool all day, so if you’re looking for a quiet retreat, it won’t be for you. it is quiet at night and until noon though, so there’s a good balance.

We have been staying in the hotel in October 2023. We found the hotel totally not a 4 stars hotel, maximum 3 stars. The food was a lot off fast food and it was all the time the same, so nothing was changing on the menu card . Most of the food were pastas, salades and burgers so all very cheap. We had half pension formule and when we arrived they organised a barbeque which could have been pleasant but we found out that we could only particpate if were were paying additonally which we found unacceptable knowing that we booked half pension. We are travelling a lot and never experienced this kind of bad service before. The rooms were not cleaned decently empty bottles were left in the room, tables were not cleaned etc. The location was perfect but that was the only thing which was good.

Just arrived home from a weeks stay at Cooks Club. We found the location and service to be fantastic. Service - having the reception available to chat with through an app was a nice touch. The staff during our stay were all brilliant and were always happy to help. Location - great location, having stayed in Hersonissos before this is the best location we have stayed at in the area. Rooms - overall a good room, good towels etc. my only negatives for the room was they were described as soundproofed which I didn’t think they were as I could hear everyone in the hall coming back in the early hours and also a noisy manhole on the main road every time a vehicle drove over it I could hear it. Also, worth noting if you want a cup of tea/coffee, it won’t be in the room as there’s no kettles provided which is a first for me. I would definitely stay here again just ask for a room further from the entrance/reception.

When I made the decision to stay at an adults-only hotel, I had high expectations of a peaceful and quiet experience. However, my hopes were shattered, and I found myself deeply disappointed. To my experience, this hotel is far from suitable for guests over the age of 25. It became clear that the hotel prioritized appearances and superficial qualities rather than genuinely caring about the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. The check-in process was convoluted and time-consuming. Downloading the app and registering seemed unnecessary when I still needed a room key from the receptionist. The hotel's attempt at sophistication was clumsy and downloading the app took longer than expected. Ordering in the hotel restaurant was needlessly complicated. Scanning QR codes for order placement and payment within the app was cumbersome. Handling orders directly at the restaurant would have been simpler. The menu on the app lacked ingredient descriptions, reflecting a lack of attention to detail. Breakfast catered primarily to American and English preferences, with limited healthy options and subpar fruit quality. Non-sweet options like cheese on bread were missing, and gluten-sensitive individuals had limited choices. Authentic Mediterranean options were lacking. Poolside seats were consistently occupied by towels, inconveniencing guests who wanted to use them. Non-guests entered freely without checks. The hotel should enforce policies to maintain exclusivity for guests. Smoking, including cigarettes and hookahs, was prevalent in the pool area, posing health risks and creating an unwelcoming environment. Allowing smoking within the premises was unexpected. Lack of shading made it difficult to enjoy both the sun and pool. Excessively loud music played throughout the day, disrupting the pool area. Only in the evening did the volume decrease, but it returned to full volume later. The noise permeated rooms, hindering relaxation and sleep. Requests to lower the volume were met with limited solutions as room exchange, this meant sacrificing a sunny balcony and pool view for a balcony facing a construction site, resulting in a lose-lose situation for guests. This adults-only hotel prioritizes appearances and intoxication, neglecting guest comfort. Cleanliness and aesthetics alone cannot create a positive experience. The hotel fails to genuinely care about guests. Overall, my stay was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking peace and enjoyment.
