The service and food here was simply amazing. We also went on a 7 day cruise which included Dubai, Bahrain, Doha, and some other places. The food here was better than any food we tried on the cruise ship. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton.

I feel like we were robbed. We booked a 5 star hotel room, only to find ourselves sleeping on the beach when we discovered that our rooms were uninhabitable due to construction noise down the hall. The impact of the construction was not disclosed when booking or when checking in. The staff refused to do anything to help; they did not even a complimentary meal voucher. Terrible experience, save your money and book elsewhere

I would like to commend the Ispender, for going extra mile with attending our needs during our stay. The bellboys as well really showed warm welcome for us. all the staff are friendly, Anita also was proactive.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights and was told that the work that was being carried out in the hotel Was just 1st and 2nd floor, as we was on the 6th floor and a corridor was blocked off the work was right next door. We was assured that work will not start until 9AM till 5 PM,this was also a blatant lie as 7.30 AM the workers was banging everyday, a fruit basket was a poor attempt to sweeten things. The staff was not very helpful in anything whether it was by the pool or in the hotel, dubai as a whole are very helpful wherever you go except this place. Location was great, hotel in general very poor. Oh and a photo at breakfast and a slice of cake does not make up for such a poor stay.
