I came here with a total of 12 girls with ages ranging from 20-30. We were looking to have fun but this resort was the opposite of that. If you like quiet time at the pool and reading, this is the place for you. If you would like to party at your resort, this is NOT the place for you. It was extremely boring. Not many events. To have any fun, you have to spend more money and leave the resort. Was told to turn off our music at the pool and beach every day. Also, the food or water gave us all the stomach bug, we were not feeling okay. Lastly, one of our beds had a roach in it. We called front desk to come change the sheets and they gave us new sheets that were stained. Overall, the staff are pretty nice but the way this resort is run is WHACK. Out of all 4 resorts I have ever been to, this was by far the worst. Would never come again.

All the staff were super friendly and respectful! The concierge/housekeeping were quick to resolve any of our issues with no time wasted! Our room ended up having some AC issues but they were nice enough to upgrade us to a master suite at no extra charge. The food was okay but the dinner menu was by far the best like Portofino & Oceana. The ONLY reason I’m giving it a 4 star was because the food/drinks were okay but nonetheless our stay was great and the customer service was amazing… whether you’re a preferred member or not!

It was a very nice experience at this resort. It’s adults only so it’s kind of small compared to a kid friendly resort like next door at Dreams. Food was alright. The buffet is no good with limited selections. Best food on the resort is probably Seaside Grill and Oceana. Not much entertainment at night like we’re used to. One thing that needs to be noted here is the awesome golf cart transportation.. the fastest and most efficient we’ve ever been to. We never waited more than 3 min for a ride which is spectacular! To be honest, we spent most of our time on the Dreams side while we were here at Secrets.

Very nice resort. My first time at that big of resort. Very well maintained and staff was amazing. Personally....i wish it had at least one casual dining place. During the day the pool bar/restaurant you can get a good variety of food. In the evening you had to dress up for all restaurants. Would have liked a more casual spot that i could get a burger or something similar. 80 degree beautiful evenings....last thing i wanted to do was put on pants and closed shoes. But would recommend to friends.

This resort is amazing. It was my first time at an all inclusive resort and I did come with a very large group so we didn't experience the pressure to purchase timeshares. The first night we had some issues with our room but staff were polite and quick to fix the issues. During the entire stay I felt that the staff was extremely professional, very friendly and helpful, and truly cared about making our vacation relaxing. They were very appreciative of tips and humble when receiving them. I never felt like they expected tips. The staff took care of everything so we could relax and enjoy our time. The only advice I could offer is to make sure you take plenty of tip money! They deserve to be tipped well for the great quality service they provide!
Truly all the staff, even the staff that doesn't work directly with guests, they all went above and beyond.
The room was beautiful, we had an amazing view, the beach is wonderful, everything was breathtaking.
The resort went above and beyond to entertain the guests. The activities and shows and other forms of entertainment were fun and thoughtful.
Our only complaint was that the app didn't work. If it worked it would be great to order room service. We had to make calls for it but it was fine because the staff was friendly. The app would have been nice. We loved the pool side food and the special entertainment food. Room service food was pretty good. The buffet was amazing. We did not care for the food at the restaurants but we loved the experience of fine dining.
The water they serve, coffee, tea, ice, all beverages served were safe to drink. That was a concern for us when we read about the resorts in the area. We did not get sick from anything we ate or drank.
I would definitely recommend this resort and I would stay here again. It exceeded my expectations and set the bar very high.
