This was our first all inclusive resort! We enjoyed every second of it! The staff were amazing and mostly friendly! The only complaint which really isn’t a complaint is the staff at the bars can get a little moody and slow because they are constantly making drinks and dealing with the public! The beach was beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and they had great excursions!

This is now my favorite vacation spot. The people are wonderful. The service is excellent. The food is great. Love, love, the new coffee shop. The beach will knock your socks off. This is the perfect place to go to experience Jamaica.

If you're Vegan don't go to Sandals Negril. They have a Vegan menu however they don't have the items listed. We went to the desk to booked our meals at 3 different restaurants but only one actually had the items to make our meal. You pay for all inclusive but don't get good food. I will never go back here. I was in Jamaica 2 years ago and stayed at Rose Hall and they actually had a full station at each meal of fantastic Vegan food

We stayed in the new rooms and it was very good, good shower, bed and room space. We had a delay during the check in which was not so good at all. The food needs to be improved and is far away from the Sandals standards. The service staff is very good and they make the difference. They are all very kind.
The hotel and the beach are good and the best part they have a lot of umbrellas and shadows.

Just completed a 3 day stay January 4-7
Rooms were shabby at best, moldy grout & stained tiles in shower, outlet covers were cracked & our keys frequently did not work! The ceiling fans in common areas did not work. The food, drinks & service were great! I was hugely disappointed in the cleanliness of the grounds & pool! We've stayed at other high end resorts Secrets & Palace chains, and we truly expected more from Sandals due to their reputation & cost to stay there! I was expecting raked sand with their logo stamped in it & some special towel animals from housekeeping. It was also disappointing that restaurants require reservations. We were their for our sons wedding, and approximately 32 people attended! My mother had credit card fraud after purchasing photos from the resort photo shop. My nephew & his girlfriend complained for 4 days that their safe was broken, no one came to fix it, and ultimately they had money stolen from their room as a result (I was unaware of this until our return home or I'd have made sure their safe was fixed! They felt blown off because they're "kids" 23 years old) I personally feel it was not worth the cost, a lot of hype & not a lot of happening! Sandals you can & should do better😐 I'm not posting any photos due to the fact we were there for the wedding & time was limited to photo document complaints! Needless to say, the wedding was beautiful & we had a great time regardless of our disappointment!
