Clean throughout. Rooms decent size and everything functions properly. Service good but if issues, they are slow to respond but yet things get done. Food was good but not excellent in quality. Lots of variety. Entertainment adequate although on the quiet side. The beach: sand is fine and white, water transparent & calm, reefs between Beach and Suites section great for snorkeling. There are stingrays and jellyfish.

KK from entertainment was very great! She definitely made the experience here very enjoyable. Her spirit and energy lights up the place! Overall the hotel is nice. It’s clean , the house keeping does a great job at cleaning. The resort itself is very beautiful with warm water and great and strong drinks! It’s more kid friendly than “turn up” or a good time. It’s not much to do so you would have to book excursions. The food was okay 6/10. The Japanese restaurant was my fav 10/10. I would overall recommend if you’re wanting to strictly relax or kid friendly. Very relaxing and quiet majority of the time.

Awesome Experience! Notable part of the resort is the Cat Sanctuary where they refuge stray cats, give them shots and medicine, and teach them manners. Very friendly to visit and pet. Mini Golf was also a great experience with Leg&Thigh and Kevin Hart from entertainment department.

Recently spent a week at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach resort. It is part of a larger complex with 2 other resorts. Overall the week was great and the resort had everything you will need to relax. The one area that could probably improve would be the food. There are several restaurants on the property, but we mostly ate at the buffet dining restaurant. We found that the wait times got very long at the other places and the food wasn't worth the wait.
The staff is awesome.
The resort is starting to show it's age, but overall it is well kept and clean. Very easy drive from the Montego Bay airport.

The resort is great. The rooms are accommodating but you’re only there to sleep. The resort grounds are well maintained. The staff and service wonderful. Sparkles in the entertainment team is great and makes the evenings enjoyable between the sports bar MCing, theater and the poolside activities. Overall, you can’t go wrong with a stay. Just check the weather. A storm hit before we arrived and caused the sea water to be darker than usual with seaweed. It eventually cleared and gave us the experience we were looking for when we booked this trip.
