Great experience the first visit and decided to come back and it did not disappoint. Great friendly service and atmosphere.
The entertainment crew is awesome. They even taught my wife some new dance moves. Goody/Kevian from entertainment is boss! An overall great experience and I will return.
Hopefully by the time we come back they will install some shelves in the shower at the suites. It wasn't easy for my wife and I to use our personal shower items of choice because we had nowhere to put them. A shelf or two would've made it so much easier 😌.

5 night stay. Our family enjoyed the resort.
Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was all very good at the buffet and restaurants. Quban was a great poolside host and personality. We really appreciated the cat sanctuary! We enjoyed the two-person kayaks. The jerk chicken was awesome.

Had such a great time at the Iberostar in Montego Bay! Beautiful location, great food, and the daytime/night time entertainment was top notch!! Vanessa was a great host of the various activities (Minute to Win It and karaoke were highlights 😂) - she was very funny and interactive with the crowd. I also had a great time playing corn hole with Stretch. Overall, I had an amazing time and am sad to be leaving, but very excited to come back again ASAP 🇯🇲

The staff has been amazing!! We love Vanessa, she has been welcoming, happy and our personal concierge during our trip. I have 3 girls and she has made sure they had the best time. Ruth has been amazing g as well. We missed her at the pool when she was off. She keeps the entertainment going, she was amazing at the beach party!! Don has also been fabulous, very fun and interaction with everyone! Great family vacation!!

I have been coming here off and on for several years and the experience has never been bad. Some years are better than others but this year was very good. Resort was clean, food was good, and the staff is friendly. Shout out to Quban with the entertainment crew for the interesting conversations!
As for negative reviews on here, some may be warranted on an individual experience but many of them are probably folks that have way to high expectations of Caribbean all-inclusive resorts. Any shortcomings that this resort may have are of great interest to the staff because they will ask you (several times) and they will follow up. I have been to several Iberostar brand resorts in the Caribbean and I think it is one of the best.
