There was a group of 4 couples at the Montego Bay Sandals. We had a great time and the resort was not to crowded. The staff was great except for 3 men in the sailing area (not Leon). They acted as if we were bothering them. Other than that all the staff was very accommodating, My group liked to play water volleyball but the resort's net was in awful shape. after talking to the General Manager they were ordering a new pole and net. The drinks were awesome and food was good. Overall my group was very pleased.

Sandals Montego Bay gave us the perfect honeymoon experience. From our first steps on the property our concierge Matthew kicked off our stay perfectly. A few other great staff members that really made an impression on us were Hikemma (spelling?) in the cafe and Stephen at the beach bar. All so nice, funny and just a smiling face to see each day. The room was exceptionally clean as were all the grounds. This was our first trip to an all inclusive and we were blown away. We don’t even want to risk staying at another because this location was that impressive. Can’t wait to be back!

We just got home from our honeymoon and very much enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious, the views were magical, and we were able to fully decompress while floating in the pools. We had a club level room, which was worth the upgrade for room service alone. My only complaint was that the bed was SUPER uncomfortable. For the price we paid, I would have expected a nicer mattress.

All employees were helpful and friendly. No counter space in the bathroom. Food was good but not exceptional. More entertainment info would have been nice. Overall a good time.

We have been to a lot of destinations and several with Sandals but by far, this was the nicest place we have stayed. The resort was clean, just big enough but not too big that you get lost or too much walking, the people were all amazing! So friendly and helpful! The food and drinks were fantastic. Some all inclusive resorts don't have the best food but this place was great with top shelf liquor as well! The beach and water was superb. No waves with a light breeze and clear water. You are literally 5 mins from the airport so you do get to see all the planes taking off which my daughter loved! We will definitely be back for sure :)
