Exceptional hotel for staff service and comfort. New pool area is a huge improvement. We took a Club room and the staff in Club Lounge and at breakfast are exceptional. Danny at the pool area was really great at helping our mobility needs and keeping us well shaded. Our 4th visit and it never disappoints. Had two really good meals at Solo and in Raffles Garden. Again really well looked after and assisted. Will return which is the best thing you can say in a review.

I stayed for one night during a short business trip. The room was spacious, featuring a balcony that overlooked the cityscape. The club lounge was a pleasant spot to stop for a drink after dinner, with attentive and polite staff. The booking included a $100 credit for use at hotel outlets. However, at checkout, I was informed that Tomo and the Society Room were not part of the hotel, and the credit could not be applied there, a detail that was supposedly noted on the hotel notice. The explanation felt rehearsed, as if it was a common issue, and it came across as a "gotcha" moment. Honestly, the credit holds nominal value to me. Following this, the staff asked if I wanted to join the hotel's membership program, prompting me to reflect on the entire interaction. Overall, the property is well-maintained, and the staff generally exhibits a customer service mindset that I appreciate.

This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service here is exceptional, from the in-room dining to the breakfast offerings, all of which are delicious. The late checkout service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

There are not enough positive words to describe my experience with Raffles, Dubai. The location was ideal, getting around Dubai was very easy. It’s located just central to anything you could need to visit and a bonus is that there is a mall linked to the hotel! The atmosphere was amazing, the standard room was huge and comfortable. I can’t express my gratitude for the staff, Wendy, our butler made our stay PHENOMENAL. I would have extended the stay had it not been for my children’s school dates in UK. I have travelled to many different hotels in Dubai and each one was good but I would always book something different for my next trip. Raffles, however, I will be returning to. Amazing chefs, servers, concierge, guards, the architecture of the building itself, all of it was memorable and has a special place in my heart. The food was fantastic. Poolside and in restaurants, I kept getting the same thing but it was so tasty! Nothing at Raffles, Dubai felt like it needed more - if that makes sense! My only suggestion would be to have a children’s club since I often had to go out to find entertainment for my children. But that just made it more fun to explore Dubai.

Absolutely highly recommended! Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful specially thanks to IMRAN for house keeping very smile face he is full energy knowledge 10/10. And hotel It’s close to all “big” locations and our view from the room was stunning. Room service and housekeeping deserved a big thumbs up. I’ll definitely come back!
