My wife and I stayed here for just a quick weekend trip to finish our honeymoon and the place was as beautiful as advertised, however we did not have the best experience. We only booked for 2 days and we had to deal with hotel technicians for a substantial amount of our very short stay. We booked “the best room” according to the receptionist at check in, but the heat wasn’t working and it took a couple hours for them to come and fix it. During the day 2, we went down to enjoy the spa, which was very nice, but we come back to our room to find the door unlocked. Anyone could have walked in. Then a technician shows up again and explain that housekeeping damaged the lock they have to replace it, which took about another hour. Then we leave for a night out and return to the power being completely shut off in our room. We had to call the front desk once again to send another technician. Additionally the jacuzzi bathtub was not working. This overall experience was disappointing considering I spent over 1,000 euros for a 2 night stay. Never once was I offered any accommodations.

Great stay. The hotel is lovely but the staff really make the experience. Special mention to David who checked us in and was excellent for all of our trip with a friendly hello and wave every trip through reception

An amazing experience! My husband and I recently had our wedding ceremony on the property and the staff could not have been more helpful. A special shout out to Judit who made sure everything was PERFECT! The 8 nights we were there was the best hotel experience we've had - and we travel a lot. The service was beyond 5 stars, the food was amazing and the views are spectacular. We cannot wait to return!!

This was our first time experiencing a stay at a Pure Salt resort and we were not disappointed. The location is away from most of the busy tourist areas with a view that is just perfection! The service was top notch and there was not a thing we needed that couldn’t be accommodated (we didn’t ask for much, however I overheard and observed some very high maintenance guests ask some over the top requests and I was pleasantly surprised to see how they seemed genuinely happy to help do anything to make sure they could make everyone’s stay as ideal as possible). I love this location and the view, waking up every morning to the beautiful port AND beach was paradise! The rooms were high end luxury with everything you’d except from a high end hotel or resort. The food was excellent, we looked forward to the complimentary breakfast each day. The spa is also complimentary to enjoy and absolutely STUNNING pools and whirlpools and Himalayan salt room, gorgeous!
