Pedro the chef was so wonderful! Excellent service with a personalised touch. He made sure everything was good, came and checked in on us. Even surprised us with treats during the meal. Very loving and warm gentleman. Great service! All waiters (especially Mili) were wonderful and attentive.

Fantastic staff, incredibly kind and attentive. However, we did not find the hotel itself worthy of 5 stars. When you book a 5-star hotel, you expect a certain level of exclusivity, diversity in choices, and personal attention. The food was very average with insufficient variety. It gets boring to eat almost the same thing for 8 days, and the breakfast lacked diversity as well. The hotel is located in an area where there is a lot of partying, with many German youths. We witnessed some minor disturbances, drunken Germans, and noise from surrounding villas that are rented out to young people. There is a massive German-oriented nightclub nearby, but apart from that, there is not much to see in the vicinity. There are cheap bars, shops, and kebab places. On the other hand, the center of Palma is beautiful. The rooms are a bit outdated in terms of decor, the pillows are uncomfortable, and the mattresses are extremely hard, some even have a dip. On the last day, we discovered that there was apparently an indoor pool with a spa, completely free of charge. We were not aware of this and it was not mentioned to us at the reception. The chairs and sunbeds are a bit outdated. There is not much to do in and around the hotel. There is also little information provided about the activities on the rooftop terrace. There is a restaurant, but is it possible to just have a drink there or is it exclusive? It's all a bit confusing. The rooms were cleaned multiple times a day. Poolboy was kinda bored and lazy i asked him for a towel at 9.55, he said no im working at 10. Personally, we would not book this hotel again.

The Hotel has a very rich breakfast buffet with lots of selection and vegan friendly options. The rooms, as the whole Ressort itself, is very clean and the staff is super friendly and courteous. The hotel has rooms with pool view and rooms situated to the street which are not noisy. Big plus is the locked room for bicycles where you can lock your bike and have options to maintain and wash it. Totally recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, the privileged area has incredible views, the food is good, good service from the waiters, Jennifer is a very friendly girl, she offers excellent service in the privileged areas and the restaurant, thank you very much, I always want to return
